Revolutionary Expenses

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accounting aspect and from a business operator it helps me keep on track with where expenses are going and makes it easy to reconcile at the end of the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app feels a bit clunky and it seems to always give me a pop up about adding the card to apple wallet even though I already have done this. The receipt scaning feature could be a bit better too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really cuts down on adminastration time spent chasing up receipts or consolidating accounts. It just puts everything under one platform and makes it easy to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
We get good value from the product because we use the free tier. As for the usability, the app and the website are great. Looks really nice. Easy to use. Easy to log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our accounts software (Xero) doesn't really do it for us. We end up just typing up stuff into Xero and reconciling there rather than setting up Pleo properly to do this. When you only have a handful of receipts a week.
Also, the staff card ran out one time and I didn't even get an alert to tell. Maybe that's more to do with how we have it configured...
It would be nice to be able to pay in with the card. We use the Post Office to pay cash into our business bank account. However, for me to have a member of staff doing that, I would need to give them access to the main bank account. If Pleo allowed paying in then we'd have that ringfenced. And we'd never had to top up the Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can let the staff make small purchases without needing to give them access to the main business bank account. We used to deal with this with a kind of "petty cash" system, but this is much more secure and simple.

Easy to use and configure

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage cards, track and map expenses, the app is well designed and simple to use as well.It just works and when compared with another provider I have occassionally used - Jeeves - everything just sits together much more intuitively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop user interface is a bit lacklustre and wishy washy looking. It would be great if it would warn me of up and coming regular transactions so I have time to refill it. A credit option and international money transfers would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emnabled us to use a car before we had business credit. Streamlines expense management and integrates easily with Quickbooks. Saves me time on all of the above.

The ease of creating expenses on the go, instead of having to bulk all you receipts
What do you dislike about the product?
it seems like the platform has been a bit more unstable lately. The fetch/forward feature could also be improved

What do you like best about the product?
The app makes it simple for users to easily upload receipts directly

Customer service could always improve a little.

Pleo is simply our corporate card. There are many out there, but we chose Pleo because of the easy to use app which allows users to upload receipts directly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share reciepts into the app from a photo/pdf donwload in an email. It cuts out the faff!

I have found filtering missing expenses time saving!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to use UK team addresses for seperate cards. We have team in in Africa and Asia who would value a team card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is saving me time when it comes to expenses. Fetch email and fetch power up have meant I don't need to trail through every email but can mimise where I look for reciepts.

What do you like best about the product?
Corporate cards mean that employees don't have to use their personal money for company business. Saves time. No expenses to claim.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to three employees on the free version. Gets quite expensive too add more. More pricing options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees using their own money. No need for this at all.
Admin in keeping receipts and sending them to the treasurer. Prices is a lot simpler. Snapping receipts at time of purchase works fairly well

What do you like best about the product?
Ability for individual team members to have spending power.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to export all spend from one location into one document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy expense and invoice management, along with providing access to payment cards for the team, with limits relevant to their role in the organisation, minimising the time taken in handling expenses claims.

What do you like best about the product?
APPLE PAY! Plus create/invite new members, set permissions, assign spending limits, auto-top-up, connect with Xero, freeze/unfreeze instantly, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app UI could use a refresh particularly the PIN login screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Super fast team member setup/onboarding, loads of control/transparency about spending. Asking a team member to pick something up for the office has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Direct feed to accounting software and ability to manage everything on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
reminders on receipts upload and the monthly subscription amounts even when we roll out a lot of cards.

No petty cash is needed at all
