What do you like best about the product?
Enabling our administration team to be able to purchase business items without always needing to check with the management team.

Nothing disliked so difficult to type anything in here.

What do you like best about the product?
It manages to scrape 90% of our invoices from email/card.
Great that all team members can just expense their stuff automatically.
Super intuitive to use and train staff one.
It's intergration with Xero is near perfect.
I use it every day and so do the team.
It's a great way of demonstrating trust in your team without having lots of admin
What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing the last 10% of receipts.
A bit pricey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to manually add ever invoice to Xero or do everyone's expenses at the end of the month

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and how fast topups are on weekdays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doing chargebacks should be easier than it currently is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dealt with a lot of spending limits when i wanted to spend high daily amounts on meta ads. PLEO easily helped fix this issue so I could scale up my business without spending issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it incredibly easy for team members at all levels to get started—no steep learning curve or complicated onboarding processes. Uploading receipts, categorizing expenses, and syncing with accounting systems is seamless. It takes what was once a time-consuming chore and turns it into a few simple taps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The built-in reporting features are clean, but can be limited for companies with more complex accounting or compliance needs.

Improvement Suggestion: More customizable reporting dashboards and export formats (e.g., granular filtering by team, project, or department) would enhance usability for finance and operations teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Traditional expense reporting involves collecting paper receipts, filling out spreadsheets, waiting for manager approvals, and manually inputting data into accounting software, a tedious, and time-consuming process.

Love how Pleo automates expense tracking by issuing smart company cards and enabling employees to capture receipts in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in terms of doing travel expenses, buy a service or product, scan the receipt with your phone and job done. No more days of voting, scanning receipts, uploading information etc. Also great when sending/transferring attachments (receipts) into the Pleo phone app. The whole look and feel is very user friendly. In case of any issues the support team are available with swift solutions

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pleo enhances our operational efficiency for managing company expenses, credit cards, mileage, and out-of-pocket expenses all in one place. I find Pleo relatively expensive, compared to other solutions.

We had some errors with Quickbooks and exporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that you are able to keep on top of your accounts better and it saves paper form. You are able to monitor more closely the spending limit and manage these limits in the system. I like that you get alerts when money is low and that this can auto top up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that I dislike about Pleo and is it being able to get in touch with Pleo. As we are UK based we struggle with this and any issues we have had we have had to email support team and obviously when an issue arises you need help quite quickly but as you are not able to speak to someone straight away this can become very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping keep on top of our accounts with the receipts transferring straight to Xero once exported.
