What do you like best about the product?
Access to spending , easy to add expenses , Links to accountancy software
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be slow to add expense receipt
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking expences by staff members , Staff member loosing receipts previusy but pleo will notify whne makinmg a payment
Not easiest but does the job
What do you like best about the product?
Cards for staff, without giving them access to the main bank account. Good integration with Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Counting the Admin as a user - there's no need for me to be using Pleo beyond set-up. Charging for book keeper access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing other members of staff to purchase what they need without having to request that from the owners each time, or pay out of their own pocket. THis has made things happen quicker.
Quick and easy to set up and use
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up and get going. As a small charity we have the free version with 3 cards which is great for us. Also love the ability to upload receipts directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to export expenses twice in order to sync them with Xero
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to sync with Xero is great as the previous cards were using from another company didn't have that capability and it meant a lot of extra work in entering everything twice

Game Changer: Simple and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small consultancy. I travel a lot with my business and bring clients for lunch, coffee and breakfasts. Pleo saves us hours of heartache and admin. In addition, it keeps a clean record of past expenditure.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had no bad experiences. We are early adopters of Pleo and when we suggested amendments or improvements the team not only acknowledged us, but actioned those changes.

It puts a process and discipline on expense management.

Vat codes appear to be standard and non deletable

The user experience is very well crafted. Pleo minimize the amount of clicks to achieve some task. Every step can be performed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some trouble with Pleo working internationally with different currencies. Also do not like how account is charged.

Save time to manage expenses and upload to accounting software.
Handy business debit cards
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small retail and hospitality team, and being able to give the key people their own debit cards makes running our venue much easier. We are using Pleo's basic offer which gives us a good service already. Receipts are super easy to handle online, and the dashboard is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I'd like to see is easier and quicker top-ups to the wallet (but I think Pleo will be launching this soon already?). Cash withdrawals are very expensive so avoid those!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier for the team to make all the small purchases they need to do in running a shop and bar, and eases the bookkeeping at the other end too!
Great expenses platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use across a diverse and geographically spread team. The speed and ease of being reimbursed has been great. The auto top up of the Wallet is a really helpful new feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have some sort of notification that you have money available to reimburse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of a really complicated and time consuming expenses system on a spreadsheet, and the ability to import into our accounting system.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology is very good. Neat system for adding receipts and paying the team. Good links to Xero
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want anything slightly outside of the core product, it becomes a nightmare to get sorted. E.g. we wanted 2 accounts linked together (for 2 of our companies)- not only do we have to pay 2 subscription fees (when we were told by the salesperson that we wouldn't), but we have to use different email addresses when the same person needs access to both accounts.
Trying to get hold of a customer service rep to help with our issues has also been a painful exercise.

Easy for the team to add receipts. Easy for me to approve them and get expenses paid. Recuces admin time and provides a paper trail.
A must-have for every small business or sales team

Dashboard. Overview about the expenses.

But also to just have a save spot where you can control the money you spend, your employees, etc. It just helps in any way to have a better overview about your spending and through catagories everything is already ready for the book keeper :)

It solves for us the overview about our expenses as an agency. It is really helpful to see all our little expenses for clients, to order them, give them a tag and upload all the bills to it.
