What do you like best about the product?
Using pleo as a user, and as an admin is such a time saver. As a user you can be responsible for your own expenses with ease, which eases the bookkeeping down the line.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fetch function is very good but doesn't always work. It could do with a bit more development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time in consolidating our books.

What do you like best about the product?
The interfaces on phone and web are clear and it's always easy to find the information you're after.

Adding invoices and receipts is straightforward. and reminders to do these are useful.

There is a clear picture of what is being spent, when and by whom.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a bank that does not support the auto-top up facility. Not Pleo's fault but that would make our life easier - and save embarresment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity of who is spending, where, when and what on.

What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to use. The settings and features like setting limits for the users, categories and tags are super helpful. Like the filters as well. The phone app and the receipts attachment are very good. Overall nice app especially can integrate with Xero. Help and support is prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I needed to have the statement for the transactions, I was not happy with the feature and options provided. We can only download a balance statement but it would have been amazing if the detailed statements are provided for the transfers and transactions just like the bank statement. Also, if there is a customer line to talk to an advisor rather than chat, that would have been awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility of expenses and not missing the receipts for the bank reconciliation.

Pleo - great spending tool for teams

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add expenses, great features (can add to Apple Wallet etc). Very easy to manage users as an admin, top ups are straightfoeward and the mobile app works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One think I dislike about Pleo is that if as a business you transfer a certain amount of money to your account (say £10k), and then another time you decide to add £15k, you get notifications saying your balance is low, even when you have say £7.5k left. It would be good to be able to adjust these notifications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo means more of our team members have a way to pay for services that are necessary for their roles. Previously we just had 1 company credit card, and expenses/receipts were hard to track. Now users can upload their own receipts, and our accountants have easy access to the expenses stored in Pleo for book keeping.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes it easy to manage expenses with your team, plus the subscription management and integration with Xero helps give a precise overview of what you are spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pleo doesn't always have the most intuitive user interface, which is fine if you have an accounting team handling expenses, but can make manual processing a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is helping us manage team expenses, but also ensures that we don't process subscriptions directly from our bank account - giving us a much better overview of our spending patterns.

What do you like best about the product?
Logging expenses is effortless, as is reconciling them to Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
The android app doesn't let me use finger print recognition anymore. It seems to be broken,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging and reimbursing staff expenses was taking us far too long to administer. Pleo massively reduces the time it takes to manage this process gaining us valuable productive time to design amazing buildings.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of issuing cards (virtual and physical), ease of chasing and uploading receipts, topping up via open banking is very convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more customisability around teams and approvals
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is always challenging to get receipts for from cardholders at the end of the month, Pleo makes the process seamless and easy for the cardholder to upload/scan the receipts, seamless integration with Xero saves a lot of time at month end

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy access to bank cards and the quick and easy addition of new users. No other bank offers this. Easily scan/photocopy invoices immediately after purchase, which are sent directly to accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about Pleo. I've been using it for almost a year and it has never let me down. Nothing to improve at the moment. Payment and app work great,I have nothing to cling to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to payments for a larger group of employees, ongoing cost control. Instantly see your transactions in the app.
It will definitely make the job easier. It will shorten the time of all formalities regarding banking transactions between the accountant and the employee.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and keep track of purchase history, very easy to scan reciepts therefore no need to keep physical copies and have hundreds of reciepts gathered up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am struggling to find a downside of using Pleo through my experience if i had to say maybe the process of recieving a new card if lost. There is no simple option on the app to order a new card..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo allows me to keep track of all my expenses and not have to worry about losing recipts or invoices. This is a huge benefit to our business as we have alot of daily expenses through maintainence tasks and keeping stock levels at an efficient level.
