Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to administer......Perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Visability on spend and the way you can cost purchases to different people and different cost centres automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
More direct integration with ERP systems, we use SAP B1. To be fair though, the journal creation feature is brilliant and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to cost all transactions to the appropriate nominal and the appropriate cost centre as well as having full visability and review process in real time.

Quick, Easy & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
How much time it has saved the business. Its quick, easy and extemely efficient. It integrates so very well with Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to manually split the costs to work out VAT on mileage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is solving time for the business and creates ease for all. Moving away from paper and haviung electronic this also helps for VAT and audfit purposes.
Easy to use and convenient way to manage company spending
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of the physical and a virtual card is really useful and makes it super easy to use Pleo. All our team have the app downloaded so they can remember to upload their receipts for any spending immediately! The set up was very straightforward and it links to our accouting software, so we are not double handling transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't encountered any downsides as yet :)

It means we don't have the hassle of managing credit cards for certain staff members and have immediate oversight of spending.
Great expense managment solution for a small startup
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo allows us to manage company expenses with ease and we use it a lot for business travel. The setup process was quick - the virtual cards were availably quickly and the physical cards arrived shortly after. When you make a payment it appears instantly in the app and it can be used to collect receipts. Pleo seamlessly integrates with Quickbooks, allowing us to manage our finances in one place.

It is slightly expensive, but the features are worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business start up, it's great to be able to have multiple virtual cards to share with our team. It's easy to set spending limits and code purchases instantly for accounting

Loading the wallet isn't instant which sometimes is a little inconvenient

It allows us to be flexible and efficient with spending when we work with many freelancers.

The best expenses solution for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
After some research we have decided to move to Pleo to manage our teams' expenses. Previosuly we used Monzo business.
Pleo is very clear about its features and costs, it was easy to pick the right package for us. Due to the size of our organistaion (small business) we only needed a Physical and Virtual card for multiple (2) users without paying a monthly cost for features we dont use. We are using the free package which fulfills our current needs around expenses - Xero integration, Up to 3 users (free tier), addig expenses categories and uploading receipts in the easy to use webpage and app.

We can have individual cards (both virtual and physical) for our users. Getting receipts and reporting over to our accountant is super smooth with Xero integration.
Making business admin easier
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about using Pleo is its simplicity. Easy to understand, easy to use and reliable. The fact that it links into your own accounting software takes away the mundane task of replicating receipts for business expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of the expenses designations should be widened. Some items purchased through the Pleo card do not match descriptions on my accounting software

Excellent Tool For Managing Freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
My company handles software development and as a part of the larger projects we have to hire freelancers with specific expertise to aid us.
This freelancer, often need to pay for subscriptions for specific software tools. Hence we provide them cards to allow them to pay for it during the project, and then we can delete the card once done.
This is significantly more streamlined then our previous processes and makes it much easier for all involved parties

What do you dislike about the product?
As of currently, with my level of subscription I can only have 2 other members at a time. This come sometimes cause issues.
Also my business account can't seems to automatically pay into Pleo so I have manually monitor my balance

Allowing freelancers to pay for software subscriptions and other company provided bonus for the duration of the project.
Previously, we were asking them to send receipts and invoices to use an we would pay them back. As you can image this wasn't the smoothest solution
