Simple Expenses Management

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very simple to use and resulted in staff now capturing 98% of receipts, which is a massive improvement on previous levels. This has made our VAT claims better and more than covers the cost of Pleo. Pleo also easily integrates with XERO, making the accountant's job much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have higher quality cards and designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows staff to more easily capture receipts when using their cards for expenses. It also lets us see what they spend and easily set limits.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is nice and clean, and I like that I can easily manage company expenses. Quick receipt uploads. My team likes it, and its easy to pick up and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. I would find it helpful if the analytics were better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One system for all expense management. Easy to track and approve in one app.

New staff cannot find card section on first viewing of Dashboard.

Not previously been able to issue virtual payment cards for staff

What do you like best about the product?
Invoice match feature is very useful, and card is widely accepted with decent rates for abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be improved by automatching similar expenses (e.g. flights, meals etc) to their previous expense lines, reducing admin overhead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to easily give/take away company cards for the team, and spend money separate to our primary bank acct with requisite limits etc.

Pleo offers an easy way to upload, track and reinburse expenses

The webversion of Pleo is often not great. Either does not open properly or makes loggin in quite difficult

Managing all restaurants expenses in one place and reinburse directly into people accounts with Pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up, the staff are also friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to make payments by transfer. Also after our account manager left it was up to ourselves to reach out to find out the cause for the delay.

Provides payment access to employees globally and expense cards to necessary employees/departments

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pleo is that we no longer have the hussle of paying our employees back whenever they make a purchase for the business and they no longer have to use cash. It's very convenient for them to have our company's payment cards. We are a small team, so the free version of Pleo is enough for us which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial sign up was a bit confusing. We wanted to stick to the free (no fees) option and it was not that clear how to switch off the automatic renewal of paid features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we had too much hassle of using cash for our team members when they had to purchase something. Having company's cards is so much easier!

A way to try out add ons to see if they work for our business would be helpful before upgrading

The ability for admin staff to make purchases without using the main bank account, better systemisation of spending/expenses, faster payment to suppliers, potentially it could help with staff reimbursments
