Very pleasant experience
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very convenient to manage spending and also can add an auto top up so you don't get caught out with no money in the account. It is also easy to tie up recepits on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say maybe more options on the interface when allocating recepits but this is not a big issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me correlate expenses and tie them up with receipts.
Great for employee expenses
What do you like best about the product?
It such an easy way of keeping track of expenses and allowing employees to use cards and make payments. Simple to export to Quickbooks and allocate expenses! Cards even have options to use them on Apple pay which simplifies having to carry them around! Brilliant app!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! I have not come across anything that has a negative impact on how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to individually claim expenses for each employee. The ability to cap spening options and allocate payments.

It's very easy, but sometimes I struggle to load our wallet quickly. It can take days for funds to arrive for some reason.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very useful for a Dutch companies! A virtual credit card which allows us to use services which otherwise are not available for Dutch bank accounts but are very much needed to do our job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing the product with our bookkeeping system from Exact doesn't really align with the workflow of the bookkeeper.

Making international payments for required subscriptions for our business.
Pleo is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo have been great from start to finish. The platform is incredibly easy to use, but if you ever get stuck with anything, (its so easy, Ive only ever got stuck once,) their team offer great assistance in getting things resolved.
The additional features they keep adding, (faster top ups as an example,) just make the whole platform a dream to work with.
We've since added employee reimbursements and mileage claims. Being able to settle claims directly from your Pleo balance makes the whole process so much swifter.
Its hard to imagine business life without Pleo!

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy to have a phone line so you may talk first hand with people however, Im fully aware that, by doing everything online helps keep costs down

Giving employees access to company spending, while still being able to manage and maintain their allowances

Have had one instance of fraud but was dealt with quickly by the team and a refund given.

Ensuring senior team members can pruchase on behalf of the company without having to put in an expense claim
There are a lot of companes in this space, Pleo ticks all the boxes

Pleo offers a European IBAN and good functionality for the free product

The referral program does not work and they always find an excuse not to pay for the referral

Lots of small expenses that need to be documented and produce some kind of reporting

Super easy interface and ability to directly connext Pleo with accountng system. Also great way to make a quick ovewiev of charges by users,subscriptions etc. Plus cashback !

i am happy about pleo, the only thing is (but very rarely) that if a charge on card get rejected i do get any notification

less job for accoutig team as its enough to attach receipt and usually its reads acounts correctly and then its easy to send to economic so bookings can be odne by junior members of the team and are really fast
Simplifies the process of expense tracking in Spain massively
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, their app works pretty well, and the the mobile apps make it easy to track expenses the moment they are incurred so that you don't have to keep receipts any more. The internal review processes make it easy for a company of any size to keep track of the expenses and make sure they are approved expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price of Pleo is too high for the service it offers. Also, i've experienced more downtime than is acceptable for an app of this price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the complicated and annoying task of submitting receipts to our accountant for IVA collection, and makes it easy to issue digital and physical cards to employees.
