A stress-free experience
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Pleo for me are the scan function - adding receipts for payments is very quick and easy to do, even when you're out and about. I like the clear way expenses are shown and how easy it is to see if any information is missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is making it very easy to manage work expenses and it means that I no longer have to spend my own money and then claim it back.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting photos of reciepts is very streamlines and quick. I often do it in the shop so never end up loosing receipts. The automation correctly assesses what the expense is for.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have submitted a receipt somewhere else its hard to mark it as sorted.

What do you like best about the product?
The Pleo app is great for managing expenses, ploading receipts and tracking personal expenditure. I like the Pleo pockets function for reimbursing employee expenses and the invoicing tools for paying supplier invoices. Pleo instant chat feature is really quick and useful. Both the app and website are very user friendly and easily implemented. Our company uses Pleo daily for all purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced issues with syncing categories into Xero.

Pleo is saving our company money and time processing expenses claims and reimbursing employees.

What do you dislike about the product?
In Europe, the receipt upload can be slow.
Not able to upload receipt only when doing out of pocket expenses and add tags later. Need to add all the tags/notes etc which takes a long time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No missing payments. Team know exactly how much they have spent and are reminded to upload receipts quickly when the payment goes through.
Pleo - user-friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, keeps fees low, gives 1% cashback, adds new features and is constantly improving. Also support is quick on live chat. We use it daily and it was easy to implement with our team. It also links automatically with Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transactions auto-assign to a budget, but it's normally the wrong one. The budget feature doesn't assign to budget lines, but tags - which isn't helpful for us. Sometimes the app / website has a slight bug and needs refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing staff to use charity funds for our young people without paying out of pocket. Quicker and easier invoice management.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how easy it was to get started and that we can connect my invoices and payment to automate accounting work.
What do you dislike about the product?
W have not been able to sort out automatic top up yet. Not a huge concern.

Pleo is helping us easily issue payment cards and manage expenses for key team members within our organization without the hassle of dated credit card platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Assigning physical cards to the employees, which they can use anywhere in the world, is the best thing about Pleo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the fetch feature does not work correctly; it fetched a completely different document, which was confidential. Luckily I checked it quickly.

We dont need to track employee expenditure so often as Pleo does it for us, it limits the users according to our requirements.

Great (when working correctly)
What do you like best about the product?
We love that we can have a few cards - it makes expensing really easy. The app is great too - really easy to authorise payments & track spending. Integration with Xero is quick & easy and the usability is great. I've needed to contact support previously and this was very quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that we have a lot of issues with the app - our founder's app is very tempremental, she is logged out most days and despite contacting support, this is not something than can be fixed. This pot luck element is not ideal for us. We also use the auto top up fucntion and the length of time that this top-up takes (usually around 10 days) is very frustrating. It has meant that we have had to adjust our top up limit to a higher figure to allow for the amount of time it takes which is difficult for a smaller company as it often means we either have a lot of money in our account or none at all which leads to declined transations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find it much easier to allocate budgets and track spend via Pleo. We can then manage expenses and export these to Xero which saves us a huge amount of time. Having multiple cards affords the team more freedom - especially when at events.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manage, I use it daily whether through purchases, uploading receipts or reconciling transactions. Customer support has been very quick and helpful anytime it has been needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at present, I am really enjoying using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business expenses - it's all under one roof and easy to manage. It has taken tine and stress out of sorting internal spend.
