Big Fan of Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
I find it easy to use. The invoice function makes it simple for me to stay on top of a decent amount of monthly transactions. Xero integration was simple. I'm a very regular user and find Pleo solves the majority of my needs as a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the Budget function to be easier to use. I find the tagging system confusing. It would nice to originate payments without an invoice but I can understand if that's not advisable. System is buggy from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a 13 FTE company and it's been the best platform for all of our expense/invoice management. The recently introduced Overdraft function has been very useful as it makes cashflow management for us much easier.

Easy to add receipts in the app and online.

File upload has failed a number of times without proper notification causing me to think it was uploaded when it wasn't.

Simple company credit cards with great integrations.
What do you like best about the product?
As both a user of Pleo cards, but also the responsible person for all accounting, I am doubly fond of Pleo.
Pleo cards are easy to use without even needing a physical card to use ApplePay etc. Furthermore, they have a nice integration to our accounting system ensuring easy bookkeeking. Their feature for capturing annexes eases the bookkeeping as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more felxibility regarding receipts etc. I often find that it's difficult to update already exported transactions.
Missing credit line. Although we are on a small subscription, it's tiresome that transcations often fail if many people are using the cards or a big transaction has just been made. I would be preferable if they could somehow speed up their direct debits from our account or have credit line that is in tune with an average spend or similar. While I do understand, they are not able to provide credit to everyone, given the nature of the company, I would appreciate if does decline a 40 EUR transaction because someone else just emptied account. Especially since the account will have been topped up the next day.

Pleo provides easy access to credit cards. For instance, I have colleagues overbroad that need access to credit cards in countries where we may not have bank accounts. Pleo is an easy fix to this as they can use the virtual credit card.

It is easy to use. Setting up and using daiy is very intuitive.

Limited or no credit facilities available on the solution we use.

Subscritpion services, expenses management are the primary areas we see huge benefit from the solution.
Managing Payments the Simple way
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Implementation was quick and simple. Excellent customer support. Integrated with accounting system. Able to monitor budgets and individual spending habits. Used daily within our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not encounter any issues, any problems support was always there to help.

Recently added budgets, so simle to use
Good for tracking business expenses but not fully operational for our business
What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of distant running businesses so it is good that local managers can have their own card and upload all receipts and invoices from a distance so that our accounts team can manage the accounting from afar.

We work internationally across many countries and the integration of Pleo does not allow multiple country taxes to be taken into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our multiple businesses are run across a large distance and this allows our local managers to upload their expenses and perform the bank reconciliation with more ease.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Pleo is easy to use and connects with our finance program. It's very easy to start using Pleo which helps us becasue we have many differnt accounts and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are charged a surcharge fee when we are using Pleo. I don't think it's Pleo fault but it means an extra expense when using Pleo.

Easy to use expens management. We save a lot of time handling expenses.

Ease of use for finance & non-finance members, great features to manage over 90 people at one time over the season

Customer service at points has been not the greatest

Smooth onboarding experience, easy to use

Easy to set up and operate. Great UI means very little handholding needed for team members

Very expensive on a monthly basis, so we don't role this out to the whole team.

We needed an expenses tool with approval tiers as well as cards. This fit the bill nicely.
