What do you like best about the product?
The solution provided is functional and meets our needs. The technological aspect of the solution is quite good, with only minor flaws and shortcomings
What do you dislike about the product?
Very bad service from the sales person, the pricing structure and potential discounts are highly problematic. A

Initially, we were offered a 25% discount under the new pricing model if we accepted a new long term contract. However, when I didn't accept the offer immediately, the discount was reduced to 10%, seemingly at the whim of the salesperson.

We were also required to pay for a minimum number of users far exceeding our actual staff count due to the inclusion of part-time and seasonal workers. This was despite our willingness to pay for these users as long as they were using the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo provides a functional solution that streamlines our expense management processes. The platform offers a convenient way for our team to track and manage business expenses **in real-time**, reducing the administrative burden on our finance department. T

Great integration, smooth process

What do you like best about the product?
Intregrates with Xero very well. Can add codes and departments to help internal coding
Easier to get staff to upload receipts and monitor spends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to remove items from export queue myself rather than having to email everytime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring spending, can upload receipts to Xero with ease for reconciliation.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pleo is how straightforward it is - it's super simple and easy to use. I don't have any doubts about anything, which is a huge advantage. It's great that I get a reminder to scan the receipt almost seconds after I've paid with the card.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there's nothing I can really write here. I don't think there are any downsides to Pleo at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have both an office and two stores to supply - it can be really difficult to plan how much of everything we need, which makes it super simple to buy with Pleo in physical stores. It's also great that it can be used digitally. Everything is gathered in one overview.

Great user experience and easy to have controlling on expenses

What do you like best about the product?
For and admin perspective it is easy to apply new credit cards to users and to set limits for the use.
The user experience is extremely easy to use. Use the credit card and snap a picture of the reciept with your phone on the Pleo app.

It can be implemented within a few days and it has native integrations to various accounting softwares.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multible subsidiaries there is a bit more work added to the implementation, that be if you need the subsidiaries to have their own credit cards and not just let the mother company handle it.
Consider if you have multiple companies to have only one company in pleo and let your accountants handle the book keeping issues :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expenses used to with a lot of paperwork and missing reciepts - now it is just running smooth :-)

- Quick set-up and straightforward guidance of the steps required
- Easy workflows for team members
- DATEV integration
- Filtering options and reminder mails on open to dos / missing receipts
- Analytics: Attribution of predefined and personal options for tags
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to competitor solutions the pricing is quite high. With a fee on every team member this can quickly become a relevant monthly fee
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Expense management: Avoiding people to prepay from their pocket, keep overview of missing receipts, ...
- Handling budgets by department

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and works well on both phone and computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes some annoying fees on purchases. Maybe because it's a mastercard?

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of reviewing employees expenses and categorizing it accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations in connection with book keeping software can be improved to avoid further processing within the book keeping app / ERP
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo is the go to place for issuing spending cards for new employees, assigning budgets and limits for our employees spend, and reviewing what they have actually spent on.

Time savings. And easy to use. Also most likely saved me during travels

Hard to upload images. Slow when trying to load

What do you like best about the product?
I like that expenses can be exported to the accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it only has a 4 type VAT rate. The technical support told me that only Spanish rates are included, but for example, the 5% rate is also Spanish and it’s not included. When I separate the VAT on an invoice in Holded, two separate expenses are added and the invoice does not upload. Also, I don't like that the app is only available for cardholders; the accounting department should be able to access and monitor all expenses through the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Pleo has no spending limit and offers automatic top-ups from the bank account.
It summarizes all income and expenses, categorizing them by user and indicating who has added the receipt or not.
