Excellent in a company setting
What do you like best about the product?
That you can upload your receipts via the app straight away or you can send an e-receipt via email. Also everything is approved very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes logging in can be tedious if the verification doesn't go through the first time but most times it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our employees with expenses as they can upload their receipts immediately to Pleo without worry of losing them and it helps with easily keeping track of employee expenses and topping up when needed.
The Pleo Experience: User-friendly and Full Functional Expense System
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented Pleo after our current software did not live up to our expectations. The implementation was easy, structured and quic, and within a day we had the system active and integrated with our accounting software. New users are easliy added, and the cards are activated and added to Apple Pay with the click of a few buttons. It it easy to set up teams, accounting dimensions, to handle reviews and approval flows, to handle reimbursments of per diem and personal expenses, and to transfer funds to the wallet. We are currently using Pleo daily within our operations and multiple companies, and have received very positive reviews internally. Fetch is a function that we all love, since we have a lot of different subscriptions where we receive receipts to our emails. The function to create separate vendor cards for these subscriptions is also great, the ability to keep these separate from the personal pleo cards and change responsible person and not disturb personal purchase limits is very useful. The customer support and guides avaliable are very helpful as well. Overall our experience of Pleo is positive and we are happy with the service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only complaints so far are that the employees cannot create expense reports for private expenses to gather receipts from a specific trip. They can only add these receipts one at the time. We are also missing the ability to change the tax amount when adding and reviewing a receipt, since this can only be done in export. However, these are our only points of dislike and nothing that takes away from the overall experience of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have previously used company bank cards and personal cards for expenses, which resulted in more admin and the need for additional systems and processes. We handled reimbursments as part of monthly salary payments, and gathering receipts for company card purchases was a struggle. Now all employees have Pleo cards, and in the cases where a personal card has been used they can easliy reimburse themselves after approval of the purchase. The app with reminders to scan receipts after a Pleo purchase has worked great, and there are not many cases where we have to remind the employees to turn in the receipts. Fetch is also a great function for subscriptions and other purchases where a digital receipt is sent to the mail, no need for searching through the mailbox at month end to find old receipts. With the direct integration to all our different accounting softwares in different countries, the export and bookkeeping is now done in a breeze. We have now freed a lot of admin time for our accounting staff and our employees, and expenses are easliy handled through the same platform for everyone.
Pleo is an amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful for managing expenses within a big business. so helpful to keep track of every part of expenses.

I dont have aything I dont like about pleo.

expense management. Tracking expenses for VAT returns and other finance functions.
It is easy and reliable way to deal with daily overheads.

I like the way I can easily issue company's cards to employees and manage them.

Have nothing to say. All looks good and properly working.

Much easier to deal with cash in comparison to highstreet banks

How user friendly and easy to use it is - makes managing petty cash effective. Great customer service team available via chat. Easy integration to finance softwares for bank reconilitation.

you can pays directly to staff memebr from pleo , no need to upload the bacs to banking software , just on click and payment done

Audit trail export option are not very user fridely or does not provide easy way to check expenses for audit purpose
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PLEO as an indispensable universal payment service provider
What do you like best about the product?
The payments from PLEO reach our employees and suppliers in no time. The Mastercard is accepted everywhere without any issues, and the wallet can be automatically managed through targeted settings. PLEO is used multiple times daily and so far there have been no problems. Therefore, customer support has not been necessary. We implemented the introduction of PLEO on our own without difficulties and plan to expand its use further.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data analysis cannot be broken down into individual bookings by clicking. Our contractual cash-back cannot be currently displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PLEO ensured the security of card payments at META by providing interim financing for direct debits until they were settled, which was crucial for us in implementing payment through PLEO.
Easy to use and great to manage team spending
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have multiple members of staff using different cards and the ability to track team and individual spending across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The early reminders of the wallet balance being low. I
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to fill in spreadsheets and submit expense reports. We no longer need those and the sign off process is extremely efficient. It has brough a sense of trust and confidence to the team and they don't have to spend their own money on company items before being reimbursed.
A payment system so easy to use for everyone involved.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful in Pleo has been the integration from credit cards to an App that automatically tracks and reminds users to upload the receipts. It is very easy to use, so that even those resistent to change adapted quickly. The personal customer support convinced us to quickly scale the use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some smaller flaws in the implementation, it seems that the Multi-Entity-Function is not fully integrated into the system. It would be helpful to have a few security features added, especially in the area of invoice payment. I miss the option of integrated direct debits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We finally have an easy-to-use system that all our members and volunteers can use to manage the expenses, hand in their reports and automatize the accounting. Before Pleo, almost all of this was done by hand, so by now we save more than 50% of time for bookkeeping and receipt searching.

it is not easy to connect to other accounting tools exam- Microsoft D365 and i miss on PLEO side a direct contact (human) with some one who is an accountant and not a sales man
