What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is so accessible and easy to use. Makes buying things a pleasure. Easy to set up account and can use as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike about pleo card in general

it benefits us on a whole other level, making treating others so much easier and friendlier to do

What do you like best about the product?
It's the ease of use of the app. The immediate notifications are a good way to encourage you to undate your account on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. It is helping our accounts team immensely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my expense account updated. My company can easy see when funds are required.

What do you like best about the product?
The intégration is interesting but not physical card received until now. The reminder for screenshots are convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes When the receipt is uploaded there is some lag in the availability of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The possibility of convenient payments.

It is a very user friendly interface and app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so easy to automatically replenish funds in Pleo.

Employee credit card usage is so much easier to manage and approve.

What do you like best about the product?
Since using PLEO it has allowed me to work much more efficiently, effectively amd smarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at times it take me time to find stuff so the termnology should be simplyfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to chase staff for receipts and so this is saving me time which in my view is very beneficial. The onus ins on staff that are using PLEO to be accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly user-friendly app on both the front and back end - being easy to use is definitely where Pleo shines.
Zero problems getting the app integrated into our company's processes and getting people on board.
Functionality is almost perfect and wouldn't change much.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to customise certain things - my main issue with the app is not being able to make the note/descriprion of an expense mandatory - I really don't understand why this isn't an option and why we're allowing people to leave this blank.
Frustrating onboarding process - taking months to verify us as a company.
Support all goes through an email and will take at least a day to get back to you - not good if there's an urgent need for assistance. Support/contact with salespeople also non-existent as soon as you sign the contract.

Modernising the expense process for our business - easy to use app for an expense-heavy business
Receipt collection - bringing online and reducing admin
Real-time data - employees continuously providing data and information on their expenses rather than once-per-month submission
