The fact it is very easy to use and quick.

Very easy to set up with great customer service received in the implementation.
Fairly inexpensive.
So easy to record receipts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The faster payment cut off used to be a problem but I see it's been updated now and higher values can be transferred almost immediately. The intermediary bank proved a problem for our bank initially as well as they thought the transactions were fraudulent but both of these have now been resolved.
I'd like custom categories; being able to import the nominals from Xero would be even easier so they fully linked up.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing receipts from multiple users was a major problem but with the App this has improved their self management significantly. I also create a wall of shame so it has become competitive not to be top of that list! My time is spent more wisely elsewhere and not trying to establish who has spent what and where is there receipt!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend time setting up the catergories according to the accounting software and explain the categories to those using the expense cards.

I like how you don't have to keep receipts

I do not dislike anything about the product however I would like to be able to crop the photo so the quality of the photo is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The loss of receipts. As it is so quick and easy to take a photo of the receipt you do not have to worry about losing any receipts or keeping them for a long time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a business that deals with employees that are out on the road all the time then this would be ideal.
They are just freaking awesome!

The intuitive way the platform works and how easy it is to setup and get going and stop wasting time on receipts!!!

Just still some killer features to get into the product. But thats hard when expanding into global markets i guess.

Ease of use, quick to open and take pic of receipt. Very happy with lack of bugs/crashes

would be good if you could add multiple receipts for certain types of use such as travel booking where you get a flight/hotel receipt seperate.

Faster expenses, easier to manage.

I love the fact that I can easily snap the pictures of my receipts and completely forget about completing additional forms for our accounting systems.

I am not very happy that the mobile version is not comparable with the desktop one. For example I cannot attach PDF files with ease from my mobile and I always need to go an extra step to complete it on the laptop

It enable the cost registration immediately after a purchase and reduce the possibility of losing the receipts.

Sometimes it is hard for the system to categorize the cost without adding a notice.

It is easy to use the visual card information whenever I need to book something such as a flight ticket online.
