Super Simple - Best Expense Platform I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly love the fact that I'm not using my own funds up front and then having to claim back from the company. With Pleo, you're effectively using a company credit card. Coupled with the app it is so easy to capture receipts on the go. Pro-tip - link it to you TFL Oyster account and you can get receipts for using the tube and paying with contactless... no more screen grabbing bank statements!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive time saver and improves my personal financial management.
Great way to spend and manage expences
What do you like best about the product?
When using the card the holder is prompted to snap a picture of the receipt, saves us a lot of time looking for lost receipts. And the desktop experience is great, easy to add online receipts with drag and drop or copy paste. And the reporting is beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When adding several receipts to an expense in the app I have to scroll past previously snapped receipts. Not a biggie - but it could be easier if the second "snap" was the camera icon.

An easy way of handling expenses and administering new users. And easy to introduce new users because of ease of use.

The most productive and easiest way to manage expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Having been an operator for many years expenses were always the last thing to do on my list especially as i am on the road 50% of my time . With Pleo this as all changed and its great to just scan and update as you go so no more sitting in front of my PC completing forms to submit for several hours ?? Love it and expenses are no more a time consuming problem .

Nothing really its great .I havent yet found anything i dislike

Less time on managing expenses ...No more worries about losing receipts as its instant and creates your balance as you operate .

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can access my card through a secure login process and then and store all my receipts in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a physical card limits me in making purchases with some businesses which do not accept digital pre-paid cards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to purchase items and services quickly without having to go through an accounts approval process. As the amount on my card is already pre-agreed by the CEO, which gives me the freedom to make important decisions and purchases for my department.

The direct connection between the use of the card and the app makes it extremely simple to do the expense reporting in a timely manner.

Missing possibility to filter on missing notes in expense overview.

Expense reporting is always up to date and there is much less work with chasing employees to get their reporting.

Text message instantly when I have made a purchase asking me to add receipt

Still not accepted everywhere on the net.

No lost receipts. Instant message means if it was used fraudulently it would be quick to block card. App is very simple to use and good layout.

Getting notifications instantly after making a purchase always reminds me to take the photo there and then before I lose the receipt which I really like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the software although it can take a little while for the money to get signed off internally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have finance book all my meeting rooms. It was also painful sending food receipts to the finance email address...never to know if they'll be paid or not.
