What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to use and have people around the world activating and setting themselves up without any support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As more and more people want to use it we have to keep spending money ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobilising our workforce in a way that supports them globally anytime 24/7 and allows them to keep financial records up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
You get notified as soon as the Pleo card is used, notifying you how much you have got left to spend. All receipts are digitally stored using you phone camera and you get reminders if you forget to store a receipt, so if you lose a receipt it's not a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a couple of occasions when the card was declined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at this time. Benefits are that it makes monthly accounts simple with less paperwork.

The Future of Expenses Is Here

What do you like best about the product?
After looking to upgrade our current expenses spreadsheet, and then trying out an add-on expenses program to a popular HR platform, we realised this was not the timesaving solution we hoped it would be. Enter Pleo's intuitive secure platform, with its ease on capping cards and viewing expense reports made this a hands down winner for us, for both card holders and administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any issues we have had are swiftly dealt with by the team so there's nothing we don't like, it's just a matter of awaiting the product to fully develop- ie being able to have a USD version of Pleo, and compatibility with Apple Wallet are the two updates we most look forward to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is a breeze to use and the reminder upon purchase to take a photo of the receipt is legendary (pay attention other card suppliers!) Pleo feeds effortlessly into Xero, the accounting software, which means our VAT returns feature detailed expenses with receipts for backup in a fraction of the time it would take on any other application, and the expense report charts are also amazing to show management where their cash is going. Plus it's all real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! From someone who has used everything from spreadsheets to Concur, this is the real thing. The team love it, it's easy to administer and makes being compliant super achievable.

Great real time experience of my spending on my company card

What do you like best about the product?
Instant messaging to my phone re: amount spent and where as well as a record of all transactions. Quick and easy to classify and add receipts and the job is done. No admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything that i don't like about pleo at the moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less admin via another app. No direct spend from my personal account and having to claim back expenses which can take some time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add receipts and classify the expense there and then within seconds and then forget about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The fetch feature is great, the ability to stay out of the app and have it automatically find reciepts in email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs me out which can be quite a pain

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our accounts team are able to amend spending power and top up funds as necessary. Pleo has also removed the need to manually complete expenses forms to accompany credit card statements.
The app is perfect as you can instantly add you receipt image to your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not come across any disadvantages when using Pleo

We are able to clearly see areas of spend

What do you like best about the product?
I never thought finances & expenses could be fun! Their team is always easy to get a hold of and super kind. The new product features are useful and clearly communicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I haven't seen a downside yet - but I've only been with them a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing expenses for a team that found other expense reporting tools difficult to use. Benefits that we've realised since using Pleo is so much time, energy and emotion has been saved. It's also added so much fun to the company too, because it's empowered employees to go out and buy what they need, like batteries, rather than asking the office support.

Just use it - it's worth it!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. Both the website and app are incredibly easy to use and have all of the features I need when sorting out expenses. Something that is notoriously difficult and long is quick and easy with Pleo
What do you dislike about the product?
This may sound cheesy, but there is not anything I dislike about it. I am not sure if they have a reminder feature to upload receipts by whatever internal deadline of your company, but that would make it perfect if it did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time. You can upload expenses immediately and once you have a picture of your receipts you do not need them anymore. No saving them or looking for them
