Has made both me and my boss' lives a little better
What do you like best about the product?
It has made paying for things much much easier by removing most of the administrative work involved in dealing with receipts. Before this, we used our personal payment means and then had to collect and "report" receipts. My boss would then have to prepare that for our accountant. These days, all I have to do is take a picture of the receipt with my phone (unless it is one of those cases where the receipt is collected automagically) and then I am done :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently there is nothing that I do not like. There were some bugs when we first started using Pleo, but those have all been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pleo to pay for small things like getting stuff for the office, bigger things like hardware purchases and recurring things like memberships.
Just takes a load off keeping track of reciepts and expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The user system, where everyone have their own card and you get individual notifications of missing reciepts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You some times get charged an extra fee using the Pleo card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of expenses, making sure that all reciepts are stored digitally. And we also usually can get rid of "personal expenses" and refunding those.

What do you like best about the product?
As soon as Pleo identifies that a purchase has been made via the card, a reminder is immediately sent making it easy to remember that a copy of the receipt needs to be provided - no more trying to remember what you paid for.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides - no dislikes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often receipts would be misplaced, reasons for expenses forgotten and incorrect categorization applied - those problems have now gone away and the stress of completing expenses reports is taken away.
No hassel payment
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is a no hassel, easy to use, easy to administre system. It cuts away all the hassles of bills and forgotten receipts. Easy overview of your expenses and an easy and flexible administration of expense accounts. I really like the fact that it doesn't try to do a 1000 things but does a few essential tasks really well. Whether on desktop or mobile - the experience is flawless
What do you dislike about the product?
The grayed out login button on the web interface irritates me every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a company level, Pleo solved the problem of administering various expense accounts. On a personal level, it's a friction free system for storing bills and receipts, giving a clear and no nonsense overview of your personal expenses.

If expense accounts is an issue then Pleo might be the solution for you

Order the cards and as soon as they arrive they can be allocated to users and be used for payments.

Good response from customer service, although had one occasion to try.
They are debit cards and topping up is really quick and easy. Auto top up would be big improvement - I'm sure it will follow at some point.

No auto top-up available yet but otherwise no complaints at all.

Can track activity whenever I want and wherever I am via the app.
No month-end hassle with chasing for receipts as users get prompted to scan them right away via a message on thier phone.

User friendly, intuitive and easy to use on the go. Clean interface, easy to attach receipts and manage my expenses. No need to paper trails, all stored digitally.

Nothing, it really is super easy to install, link to the account and use

Pleo allows us to provide payment access to our staff who are widely distributed. At the same time reporting is so simple, accurate and always available.
