No monthly PDF statements (like a traditional bank statement) for audit purposes.

Customer support is very slow - even on the top tier level. Three plus working days is just too slow.

What do you like best about the product?
From an accountants perspective, Pleo offers everything we need from an expense card. It's easy for employees to use the app, upload receipts and classify their expenses.
The data exports are easily uploaded to the accounting software.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is. As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager it allows me to manage my Executive and wider teams' expenses seamlessly.

I love everything about Pleo. It's user friendly, we use it on a daily basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo takes out the often drawn out expenses processes where you have to reimburse employees based off a spreadsheet. Pleo eradicates this issue giving employees a company card where they can upload receipts in seconds. As administrators we can monitor employees expenses and also restrict funds where necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
What we value most about Pleo is the ease of assigning cards to employees and controlling expenses in real time. Its integration with accounting systems greatly streamlines reconciliation and prevents the accumulation of receipts. We also highlight its intuitive interface and the speed of customer support, which greatly facilitates daily financial management.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like you to offer more customization options in the reports and dashboards. Sometimes, the filters are somewhat limited, and it would be useful to be able to set up more advanced alerts according to internal policies. Integration with some European banks could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Pleo, we had problems controlling employee expenses in real-time and collecting receipts on time, which complicated accounting and slowed down monthly closings. With Pleo, we have achieved complete traceability, automation in ticket collection, and a drastic reduction in expense management time. This allows us to dedicate more resources to analysis and less to operations.
My Experience with Pleo
What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing expenses super easy. I love snapping a photo of receipts, seeing everything sync automatically, and giving team members cards without the headache of reimbursements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes transactions take a bit to sync, and reporting could be more flexible. Virtual cards aren’t always accepted everywhere, and international fees can add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo takes away the hassle of chasing receipts and processing reimbursements. It keeps all expenses in one place, updates in real time, and integrates with our accounting software. This saves us time, reduces errors, and makes tracking company spending way easier.
Good product especially virtual cards
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual cards are helpful in managing spend across the team. It's also easy to see how much you've spent vs allowance, and to allocate spend to different areas. The UI is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. It can be a little slow at times but that's all. Other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pleo makes expenses easy. You can very easily upload receipts when you make a purchase, track spend and allocate it to the right areas. It's easy for managers to review too (apparently!)

I like how easy it it is to use and the great way the app is set out. Very straight forward.
