Easy to use app and you can wave goodbye to looking after expense receipts.
What do you like best about the product?
The app and the simple steps to log receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing with Pleo but it is annoying when it takes time for invoices to get sent by online suppliers!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No lost receipts. No need to store receipts and match them to a statement at the end of the month.

Pleo is a great system which allows you to spend more time doing your job and less on doing your expenses.
Pleo has made my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo instantly reminds me to scan my receipts after i have made a purchase, and if i forget it it will remind me again. This way i never miss a receipt and have them all in one place. The instant transfer om money from my account to Pleo works really well. The debit cards for each employee also works really well. All in all i am super satisfied with Pleo, it has definitely made my life as a small business owner easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anthing, or maybe I wish i could have my name on the card, not just my business’ name, sometimes it is required eg i have tried to not be able to use it when renting a car
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than keeping all my receipts in a physical box now have them all in one place online

Easy to manage users, good set of tools for analytics, easy to export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of anything. All issues that arose have been resolved by the great team at Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating the need for hard copy submissions of expenses. Main benefit has been saving of time .
Pleo turns the pain of expenses into a pleasure!
What do you like best about the product?
No more expense claims to handle! Pleo gives us preloaded cards that prompt the users to scan their receipts right on their phone. This then autoreconciles with Xero. I don't have to chase people for expense forms, worry about lost receipts or expect my staff to spend there own money and wait for me to pay. Also, because we can set individual limits for spending etc. we can scale the expense account based on the users role and responsibilites. It's seamless and removes a time consuming headache for small business owners like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few, I just have to remember order cards for people and keep the account topped up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more lost receipts, no waiting for claims to be paid.

multiple pin's for on-line and physical cards.

No more need to manually supply receipts. No longer need to use my own card when travelling as it's is equivalent of a debit card.

Need to use the pin every other time. Should be able to choose how many times I could use contactless before asking for a pin entry

Pleo has good controls, seamless processes and is integrated directly with our accounting software
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to preload the cards and ensuring we have enough funds on the cards has created one more thing for us to maintain. A monthly direct debit would be ideal, but I believe they are introducing credit soon which solves for this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using pleo to make expenses more seamless. From managing how much each person can spend to chasing our employees for receipts. It has reduced overhead in expense reimbursement and those with Pleo cards have benefited from not having to front their own money for business expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that the software is simple and very user-friendly. I can see my transactions immediately after making a purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I would say Pleo is good, I have no concerns.

We not longer use legacy ways of managing expenses in our company. We have also reduced the number of POs we need to raise with Pleo.

Nothing really. I wished the top-up would be easier and be able to pull from Pleo instead of performing the pay from my bank.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pleo is how easy it is to start, and continue, using it! Getting setup is totally hassle-free, and the time I've saved when putting expenses through has been of HUGE benefit. The app is straightforward and makes expensing on-the-go super easy too. Finally, even though I haven't needed to contact their customer support much, when I have they have been friendly and prompt in their responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the date presented on the app was slightly larger, or in bold text so that receipts were separated a little more clearly. Also, it's not really much of a criticism, but it would be nice if the app could show me how much I've expensed in, say, a week/month. Having a running total visible would help me to be mindful of cost. More of a feature request than a dislike though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without a doubt the benefit is the time I've gained back - our previous method of reclaiming expenses took some time and felt clunky. With Pleo, it's rapid and painless! Pleo's design makes it super easy to stay on top of tracking and expensing receipts on the go, and takes no more than 30 seconds to complete in full. It's also made communication between my team and finance much easier - if a receipt is missing it's easy to see where and when, this then helps to resolve any issues much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! I've not used a simpler, more efficient platform for expenses :)
