Amazing Business Finance App
What do you like best about the product?
The instant notifications of uploading a receipt make it super easy to keep on top of finances. I don't have to worry about monthly expenses coming out of my own bank account when the business runs it all through Pleo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to keep on top of personal expense management, I used to forget to claim expenses back through the business or leave it for a few months. However with Pleo, my personal finances are not impacted at all, and accounts love it because they don't have to chase for paperwork!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely worth implementing across a business, especially when you have a lot of staff that require expenses. Amounts can be capped and upped per card instantly so there is never an issue of not having enough allowance or being stuck with lack of funds.
Pleo for our start-up
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Pleo for two years now at 2 start-ups, one large and one small. At both it is has been invaluable.
- Integration into Xero which is now automatic (previously there was a little longer as the pleo account didn't sync like a bank account which is now does)
- Employees regularly state this is the best expense system they have ever used and regularly saves me hours of time (I run finance at the start-up).
- Limits on cards means downside risk is capped
- Cancellation or lost cards are immediate
- Compared with the price of other expense systems, relatively on point despite recent price increase
- Customer service has been quick
- Much more innovative than other banks who are still catching up

What do you dislike about the product?
- Very minor but the Pleo invoices didn't automatically sync to the payment like it did prior to be big update. I'm sure they'll fix that after seeing it here.
- Given this is financial data, it would be good for admins to have 2FA.

It just works, always
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to get everything completed in about 20 seconds, before I even leave the place I paid is such a game changer. The app is fast and smooth, it works exactly as you would want and it is there instantly when you pay.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app tends to ask me to re login little to often, but then again it’s safety first especially in a finans app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a huge game changer that I don’t have to keep recipes and figure out what is what, hours later. I used to save receipts in my pocket all day long and then at the hotel each night sort them out, take individual pictures and sent it to the appropriate college in finans. Now I with less then 5 clicks and in under 20 seconds can forget about it. Furthermore, there is no need to apologies to finans for misplacing a receipt anymore, it don’t happen when I get everything done on the spot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
