What do you like best about the product?
Makes dealing with expenses so easy, they are all there and ready to view. It integrates with our accounting system so everything is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
All money coming from 'one pot'. We have multiple departments using so it would be good if it could be split.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting everyone have their own card, it gives them a boost, its great you can freeze any card at any time!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pleo is great for most needs, it gives your employees that sense of trust. You can freeze cards when ever you wish. You can access a live view at all times.
Very good since it is time efficient for me and user friendly and easy for everyone

Accounting straight away in the system when transaction is made

That it is not really 100% when auto accounting for transactions based on history

Effortless tracking of receipts, app is very easy to use

The only downside I can think of is there is no offline capability.

Tracking of receipts is extremely easy and can be done on-the-go. All I need to do is take a photo of the receipt immediately upon making a transaction and the app allocates it to the transaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great, easy to use app which has made my life a whole lot easier, especially due to the fact I travel a lot for business and can quickly loose track of receipts.
PLEO lets you do what you do best and takes care of painful admin.

Speed and visibility, I can scan a receipt and then bin it, no more looking through jacket pockets or in the car for missing receipts.........
I can immediately load up the expense and tag it, this helps me also to track/remember where i have been looking back a few months. Incredible product..........

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, its a shame it cant be integrated to other app's like car parking apps, congestion charge etc............these all either text me a receipt or email me one over Ringo is a prime example.
Recent changes have also been positive especially when you do find the odd receipt you couldn't find, it now allows you to reload this and allocate to an expense code.

No more lost receipts unless the epos cant give me one, with more contact less payments taking place we still need a physical receipt to scan so work on this perhaps?
Pleo is a fantastic product, has given me a day back I thought I would never see and made the whole expenses process seamless. Its fair to say this product has exceeded my expectations in every department along with saving me personally money. The wider benefits to my company are huge, great control, flexibility and visibility on the cash flow.

Just do it you will never look back, set up all the correct codes and critieira and it will make everyones expenses life a breeze not a chore...............

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, by everyone. Ease of use by team members makes for a happy finance function!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot! The product and service are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a remote and distributed team, expenses are enables for them and captured easily and quickly by finance with little need for chasing up invoices and receipts. Total digital is our goal to achieve paperless administration, and Pleo does all expenses digitally. Integration with our finance system saves so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If staff and team expenses take up time and is a pain to manage, Pleo will solve that.
Very nice and easy tool for business trips
What do you like best about the product?
The virtual card and the plastic card work well together. The app fetches your bills from you mailbox and you keep track of your expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I tried the app and the cards in different situations and everything works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for business travels. You can use the virtual card for all bookings online and the plastic card for all the other expenses. It fetches the bills and helps me put togehter a nice overview for every single trip. As a senior consultant this comes in handy as I travel a lot for different clients and different reasons.

Easy access to my pin (very easily forgotten in this day and age!)

The app is great and incredibly user friendly!
Very good product cutting down on the admin of expenses
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes expenses easy and I can easily track who is spending what. Where there are missing receipts it is easy for me to contact the purchaser cutting down on irrecoverable VAT. Fetch is especially good as it automatically pulls receipts from your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all the product is great. Issues are more how people use it. As it is the companies money they are spending, people can be slow to add receipts unlike when they have to submit personal expenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had any real problems with Pleo. In general processing of expenses is far quicker
