Easy, user-friendly and quick issue resolution.
What do you like best about the product?
The app is super easy to use with clear visibility over all transactions. The Pleo chat function quickly resolved any issue I had with a declined transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, it is working well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of receipt processing and visibility over spend from a remote workforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Has streamlined our expense process and automated expense reporting in a lot of ways as well as given more oversight on spend and balances.
Great way to manage business expenses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort your expenses out within seconds. As soon as you make a transaction with the card you get an alert on your phone to snap the receipt and upload to that expense.
The expenses also seem to categorise correctly so again, reducing the time this takes to process.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. The only additional feature i would like is to add it to Google Pay so that i can purchase using my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to carry all of my receipts around in my wallet until i find the time to sit down and process them, sending them through to our accounts team. Sometimes i was missing receipts due to time lapsed which didnt help me or the business.
A great way to simplify expenses and keep control of costs
What do you like best about the product?
I buy something online, and Pleo uses Fetch to grab the invoice or receipt from my Gmail account and attach it to the relevant item.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet - no way to flag a payment that shouldn't have been taken (I had one recently and added a note as a reminder)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasingly we're getting all the relevant peopleint he business on Pleo, spend dropped massively since COVID but its starting to come back now and Pleo makes everything easier

What do you like best about the product?
It's great how it enables us to monitor employees expenses and speeds up the book keeping process with the integration into Xero.

Would like further controls on spending limits

Managing expenses a lot easier and not having to keep receipts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, it's made managing our expenses so much easier. No need for cash or keeping receipts. The app is easy to use and I don't have to do anything other than take a picture of the receipt and make a few notes what it was for.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that you are instantly asked to snap/add a picture of your receipts on the smartphone as soon as you did an expense with your Pleo card.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no smartphone NFC payment feature yet. Would be cool to be able to pay with your company phone.

Practical and beautiful expense app
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it captures the receipts automatically in many stores. It is very easy to report an expense after a spendig, just takes 10 seconds to add a receipt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that there are two separate card numbers and CVC for plastic and virtual card. I would prefer to have just one number and CVC for both my cards, but not a big issue.

Easy paying wordwide and fast expense reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Pleo makes spending, tracking and organising money super easy. The layout is user-friendly and slick looking. The customer service team is also spot on! whenever I've had a question or concern regarding my expenses the team have been incredibly friendly, polite and prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had my card stolen and the contactless feature was not maxed out. £500 was spent and no fraud was detected

I haven't had any issues so far!

Great Service, fun to use
What do you like best about the product?
Pleo is straightforward to use (no setup/training effort), and it has reduced the number of hours spent looking for missing invoices a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Pleo would add some gamification (for having a zero missing invoices inbox).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we solved was chasing for missing invoices. From the employee's perspective, it's more straightforward to have their personal company credit card.
