I wouldn't say that there is anything I dislike!

Confusion around purchases, this has been resolved!
Intuitional and simple - couldn't have asked for more!
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick, simple, easy to use, intuitional, available on multiple devices (especially useful as an app) and integrates with email, so many invoices are pulled automatically saving my time. It allows to add Notes for the Accounts team, so they can easier allocate the expenses to the right pot. Perfect for business trips, regular payments and ad hoc spend. Can't imagine doing it any other way now!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app size is quite big and not sure if it grows with the amount of photos uploaded. As a user I can't add any GL codes to the app and if there so no matching code, I need to mark it as "Other".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is particularly beneficial when travelling for business, not to store all the receipts, filling in endless spreadsheets after return and claim the expenses back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think I liked any other software so much so quickly! It takes all the annoyance of expenses away! Definitely trial it, you will not look back!
Quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to add my receipts right after the purchase had been done. I like that I dont have to remember the card pin, as the app lets me to view it any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly, dont have anything bad to say.

Avoiding keeping physical receipts.

I would recommend using it for business related expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to keep track of business expenses and dd receipts. The mobile app is flawless and the rebrand is beautiful. I'd recommend to everyone and anyone.

The ease of adding receipts in a matter of seconds means you never have to worry about storing receipts for expenses - it removes the need for ever using my personal card for work-related costs.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, Xero integration & wide acceptance of cards for online and offline transactions. Customer support is always very responsive and thorough in how any matter is dealt with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that has been a negative experience of me and my colleagues using Pleo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've found Pleo has enabled easy expense recording, less duplication and faster processing financial processing.
So easy to use, highly recommend!

I like how clearly laid out both the app and Website are. So easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can often forget to change the location and or VAT Status of an expense, which our organisation prefer to have. If its possible it'd be great to give the master user the option to ensure those fields are mandatory, prompting their completion before updating an expense.

It saves so much time compared to our old expense process.
