What do you like best about the product?
Helpful support staff are always available to answer questions and assist in navigating the Barracuda portal. If you're unsure where to locate something, they have the information to help you find that resource. It makes email management 100% easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first glance, where to find the status page for ongoing incidents in Barracuda wasn't clear. I understand this usually never happens, but seeing this resource on the main support page would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mail archiving is essential for our organization. Machine learning assists in filtering malicious content. You can submit false positives and have that email heard and incorporated in future correspondences.

Barracuda Email Protection is Solid on top of Microsoft Defender

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have a second layer of email security on top of Microsoft Defender, and Barracuda fits this bill nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
More missed phishing emails than I would hope for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing and spam emails are rampant, and Barracuda Email Protection keeps them down to a reasonable level.

many false positives in related to bulk email

What do you like best about the product?
I use Barracuda email protection on daily basis and rely heavily on their detection methods when it comes to spam detection
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were additional tools or products available for on-premise exchange.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda has a friendly easy to use interface that is highly customizable for us. It is easy to block or allow emails, backup our SharePoint sites as well as backup our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple domains it can be difficult to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocks a lot of our spam.

What do you like best about the product?
It has always been easy to set up and use. From the appliance to the cloud, Barracuda has evolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out the reasons for false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreases our ATO footprint by offering a robust Email Threat Protection suite.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent platform and continues to get better at blocking bad emails. Has great support availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs a lot. Specially when you compare to Microsoft. There are packages like E5 you may have that can do similar job to email defense from Barracuda. Development is very slow. Interface has taken years to where it is now and still not there. A simple app for reporting junk (outlook report button) which is a critical part of the offering is half baked, it will not work on mobile devices where many users need it most, management sales and engineers dismiss this important function amd no future plans are made to address on road map, pushing end users to consider Microsoft more where their junk button works all across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way to secure your email infrastructure and is constantly improving the ability to thwart bad actors from getting to our users via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rollout of new features is it always smooth and sometimes useful features are temporarily unavailable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarantining questionable email and blocking bad email.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda is an all in one solution for email traffic protection. I love that Barracuda makes it so easy to review and take action on any email going through our domain. It was incredibly easy to set up and implement in our environment. The customer support is also top notch. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the tools currently feel very separated. Im excited for the integration with BarracudaONE
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda is a great replacement for our last tool. It was a huge challenge to track emails and deal with issues. Barracuda makes it incredibly simple to find and deal with problems.
