Great wind simulation software
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features in Simscale especially when you are trying to do a detailed wind analysis or see some results more closely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the complexity of the model takes long time to load and starts giving errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simscale to me personally helps me undertand a lot of wind studies for the desiging work that I do and I use it a lot to understand the complexity of design and its surrounding that are affecting y design.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked easy to learn interferace and tutorials even available with free version.Also i would like to appreciate awesome support team to ve being prompt on replies regarding question.All you need is simscale and little patience then you would conquer world of cfd..
What do you dislike about the product?
The cap on the cores you could run on free version was an major issue for me

I have to optimize aerodynamic flow through my plane.

The user interface is very beginner friendly!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
That it forces users to a purchased version, and that at times the simulations crash without refund.

Thing I think that would be most helpful is to offer training, on the theory to use the software correctly.

Its accurate and useful, fairly easy to use, but not intiutive

Pay structure is very expensive for short term needs.

shows on the models a place that is not so rigid
CFD software well-explained to the CFD community, as well as outsiders.

Open documentation about a lot of CFD themes.

Lack of accurate explanations about some points.

SimScale is helping me to simulate an internal incompressible flow.
Very complete and user friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Simscale, using it weekly, that integrate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) in one cloud-based platform very easily, making it a versatile tool for different engineering scenarios. I appreciate its user-friendly interface, which simplifies complex simulations and allows for efficient project execution. Additionally really great customer support and ease of installation. The integration between CFD and FEA using the same UI is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simscale operates on a core hours basis, which is primarily an advantage being a cloud base platform, but it also means users don't have unlimited simulation capacity (still very large amount but it can change if you are used to other software), requiring careful planning and prioritization of computational tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SimScale has significantly streamlined our design process for composite parts, enabling rapid, cost-effective iterations without physical prototypes. This has reduced development costs and time, enhancing both product performance and durability through precise engineering simulations.
Great experience so far, there is more room for improvement

It is user friendly and very easy and clear to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot define boundray condition on interface. There is no shortcut key for actions, like unselecting parts.

Helping me do validate my design to make sure it doesn't pass temperature limits.
Good Product for Simple CFDs
What do you like best about the product?
Generally pretty easy to use, and runs fairly quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The model navigation is very old school and clunky, need to finick with it a while to get the right views.

Running quick and dependable CFDs.
