WE ARE CURRENTLY USING THE CFD ANALYSIS . IT'S RESULTS ARE BETTER AND FASTER THAN ANY OTHER SOFTWARE .
Simscale is a great online software for any end users.

Some modules where they can really upgrade it.

I have no problem to learn here. This really helps to draw some knowledge of engineering simulation

Simscale can gather a community in the university. They can arrange a panel discussion by their local representative. Moreover, they can build a hub to join with a value of E-learning.

Free cloud computing for advance simulation and online training sessions and webinars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workbench and the PDF from which we are learning is not exactly the same, it's very difficult for beginners to spot different function buttons.

CFD on Formula student vehicle front wing. I have got to know the right approach behind simulations.

It's cloud based and hence can be used anytime anywhere. Multiple simulations can be run at the same time the help is available 24/7

The post-processor needs to buckle up. I prefer paraview

I am solving external and internal aerodynamics, mrf and ami meshing, learning cfd through blogs and documents. I have become better at understanding numerical schemes and solvers and also a bit of fea through simscale academy training.
Professional, easy to use analysis software every engineer should try!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that the whole platform is cloud based, meaning I never lose my work and don't have to be bounded to one or two computers where I have my software. Furthermore, all of the functionalities that I can find in softwares like Ansys are here, and all presented in easy to use, friendly platform. Library of public projects, classes and tutorials provides a great support for whoever is using the software. Overall, it is a very intuitive software with great support team behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this software for few weeks now and nothing can come to my mind!

For a project with tight deadlines, Simscale offers great solutions for an individual who wants to save time & learn along the process. Also, the ability to start simulating multiple cases at once in cloud; presents an excellent approach in an iterative optimization process.

I encourage everyone who is at the beginning of their CFD journey or individuals who seek a quality-driven platform for their development process to use Simscale since it will provide the individual with proper knowledge and methodology orientation.

Since it’s cloud-based Simscale it’s a must if you nedd a CAE software and you don’t have a powerful computer. One of the most user-friendly software i’ve ever used in addition they have a huge list of tutorials in Simscale academy.

The high dependence on the internet.

Mainly CFD simulations (external flow). I’ve learned a lot with their tutorials not only in CFD but in FEA too.

Easy to use OpenFOAM simulation software with very helpful customer service
What do you like best about the product?
SimScale simplifies the use of OpenFOAM for CFD solutions and the product support team are extremely helpful, going above and beyond what is expected. It is an easy alternative for basic CFD simulations and has a wide range of features that enable basic simulations to be undertaken.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited functionality within SimScale for the types of scenarios you can run simulations on which limits the boundary conditions and overall useful of the software. They are continuously updating the software and feature offering so as the company grows there will definitely be greater range of simulation types and boundary conditions that can be used, giving a more complete and robust simulation experience.
Organisation of the dashboard is lacking and messy. You can only sort by a few methods and no way to organise by project type or for a group of projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SimScale allows beginner CFD users to quickly generate OpenFOAM simulation with an easy to use user interface. It is great to have the cloud computing available to us and the quick customisation of projects to test different conditions.
