Multifunctional tool, with the possibility of carrying out work in ultiple functional aspects
What do you like best about the product?
It is a practical and simple tool that provides the opportunity to manage projects quickly, always achieving all commercial objectives. It is easy to understand its use and operation, as well as its configuration and customization from small tools to the complete system in general.
It's easy to integrate the use of all the tools in a single operation and thus achieve synchronized and coordinated work, preparing detailed reports on each progress and analysis made. It gurantees that each analysis of projects is deep and precise, in this way we will have the details about each commercial work process that we carry out.
The set of tools are easy to use, and together with excellent customer support, we managed to solve any work inconvenience that we may have, thanks to the fact that they always find accurate solutions to my problems, allowing everything to work efficiently and also to flow and develops excellently.

It has been a great tool and has worked quite smoothly. It has contributed to my work since I started using it, collaborates significantly with every job I need to do, and enables me to carry out each task and accomplish it excellently. I find nothing representative of which to complain about the operation and management the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its implementation in recent years has allowed us to achieve our commercial purposes, always in search of excellence. What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it enables me to have a fully integrated online support system which gives me good management of customers. It has strong reporting functions, I think. Another important point is its automation; you can configure rules to regulate the processing of tickets on your system based on certain parameters. I always stress the adjustment of its client boards. This works perfectly well and treats and resolves cases rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that in an application, I can't open a consumer search and there is no live chat support in the application too. It is essentially something which leaves us somewhat uncomfortable but, likewise, with the help tables and tickets we work very well. In particular, there's nothing serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a general tool for communication and problem tracking, so it is a very practical knowledge base and you do not lose any change you wish to make. With that tool, we use our ticket system to create a streamlined order, based on the task, the customer categories and the complexity of the conflict, using regard to support and case resolution. It allows us to have help command and automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend this software and it is useful if customers need online help to provide a point of entry service. I believe it meets any company's requirements. Spirateam allows us to work and test our projects correctly, it is a tool that is easily integrated with other applications, just with a little configuration that is not complicated, it also has automation features that allow us to work on our projects without so many worries, I like the interface, it's simple, but it has what it takes, and it looks very modern, the tracking that we can give to the applications of this tool is very complete,which allows us to determine all the features with which completed the development of an application, from start to finish, achieving very important data of the life cycle, of this application, so we can know the moments and situations where we can achieve the best use of the application, and things what can we improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, something that I would like is to continue the development of this system so that it can be easier to configure together with other applications, which should be used together with this tool, which will allow a better execution of the applications that they want to try, really few things, I can say that I do not like this application, it is a tool that works well, and that appointment, try to improve with the days, with its different updates, maybe the work environment can be a little hard at the beginning, but with the passing of the days one goes adapting to this.

Great product for Project Lifecycle Management
What do you like best about the product?
The GUI layout of the application makes it quick and easy to learn. The hierarchy views are preferable in my opinion to products that require you to build queries to view the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small bugs and sometimes clunky features that can be annoying when you work in the application all day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a test case management tool, bug tracker as well as a repository for requirements. Having the ability to link the tests to their requirements made traceability a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to manage, track, assign, and update test cases using Spira. Being able to collaborate with IT directly using the same system and being able to manage the test cases and incidents that we submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template that is used to bulk upload test cases into Spira is very convoluted. However, that might be our company vs. Spira itself. The reporting isn't always the easiest thing to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are performing several system migrations throughout the year and Spira has helped us to collaborate more easily between IT and the business on bug fixes, one-off problems, Release, and UAT. We have found faster acknowledgement of our issues and faster turnaround times on resolutions because we are all working out of the same system. We can run reports to see what incidents we have open and in various different statuses. We are able to quickly see and search for test cases and incidents from the main page. The dashboards are very helpful for the executives to get a quick glance into what is occurring with the migrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Basically everything, full traceability from requirement to results, great overview of whats done and needs to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing worth mentioning and if I have any issues the people at Inflectra are quick to respond with answers or fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its hard to measure how much we’ve benefited from SpiraTeam its just something that gradually becomes an everyday thing for all those involved in testing, I personally enjoy looking at Active sessions to get a measurement. One thing for sure though it has really contributed big time to our maturity, the majority of my users are not testers by profession but they use our test cases for personal education, verification and acceptance testing.

Ideal Tool for any IT Project
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand. Teams are quickly and easily trained to use the tool effectively. The transparency of each element of the tool and their inter-relationships is highly valuable from a management and communications perspective. It readily integrates with other tools being used and has appropriate export features to support existing communications processes. It's reporting features support daily (or current) updates for the wider audience and the ability to drill-down from one element to another ensures accuracy and improves comprehension across disciplines and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be better and I'd like to see direct interfaces to SharePoint for publication. A Team Web Interface would be great for communicating with the wider audience who may not have direct access to the tool. I dislike the fact that reports/exports refer to Custom fields without using the labels they've been allocated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit, control, measurement and progress were a significant problem when I introduced the tool to the organisation. Within 2 weeks, there was increased communication of issues, workloads, timeframes and defects. The ability to demonstrate coverage and to trace to requirements had not been used before and it was very apparent that there had been limited testing to date. Inevitably, the Team found defects in areas which would otherwise have not been tested under the previous method. The quality of our product, and, consequently, the service to our clients, has improved measurably.
