Single Pane of Glass for all your secrets used in different CICD Tools)
What do you like best about the product?
Akeyless has multiple integrations available with most of the Industry leading CICD tools(Jenkins, CircleCI,Azure DevOps). We can manage secrets easily for different tenants using different CICD tools and Configuration.
Not even CICD, we can store creds for all public, private and on-premise environments which makes it more efficient and Reusable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Documentation part could be a little better apart from that I don't see any issue. Comparing it with Hashicorp vault its easy to get started with and use as it supports command-line control as well as a graphical user interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Akeyless Vault for storing all our Secrets required in different CICD tools , K8s cluster related secrets and all secure variables required in different public,private and on-prem environment.
The reusable part make it more fruitful and attractive and its lot easier to manage use and get started with as compared to Hashicorp vault.

Easy implementation, can be used from day one with Static secrets

Documentation is sometime outdated, and need to setup own gateways so not fully SaaS

Rotating the AWS access kyes without any manual effort

What do you like best about the product?
How many applications are supported out of the box by Akeyless. Cloud-based solution. Secrets management. Quick responses from Akeyless support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could be a little better, some things are very well explained and some are just to find out by trying. Missing some features which I'm sure will be added in future, for example - temporary access to secrets, approving the access to the secrets. Installation of the browser extension is something I think is not the best way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Privileged temporary accounts to various environments. Certificates managment. One of the benefits is, how quickly Akeyless can be deployed and operational if everything prepared and planned.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for SaaS PAM solution on cheaper side, with easy to deploy mechanism, Akeyless is definitely option to consider.
Great experience from Akeyless Vault Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Encrypted Key-value store has helped in protecting secret strings. It is the best tool user could have. It helps in time-saving and making sure that secret keywords are not lying anywhere in plain text.
What do you dislike about the product?
SSh Keys are available for a short period of time. It makes the process a little time-consuming. Sharing SSH keys with other team members is also a challenge as the shared key gets expired quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security is the biggest problem which have been solved specially with prevent secret zero . It helped us in authenticating client's request without any additional credential service

What do you like best about the product?
The User interface is quite simple and its scope of storing different sort of secrets along with the Distributed Key Fragments for encryption keys storage.
Customer support is far better then multiple vendors that we worked with during the evaluation phase

The complexity of one time setup for the gateways and Access roles, bit difficult to understand for a newbie but once get use to it, all looks easy

Centralizing Secrets Management tool for all our teams, collaborative access for same secret, on time dynamic secret with TTL and rotated secrets for all our service accounts.

akeyless has a great product and great support we use static and dynamic secrets to enhance the posture around those important security objects. they are still in startup mode so very open to feedback and agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
the system is pretty complex to administer, there is a big learning curve and if you want to use the fragmented secrets you need to maintain your own infra so it is not a complete SAAS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
clearly clear text passwords(pun intended) ..also the user vault is pretty neat so users they write their passwords on sticky notes.

Great product if you have capable team to admin it.
Log Forwarding Configuration is convenient for our AWS S3 Bucket with Akeyless Vault Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Akeyless Vault Platform is beneficial to us as our centralized secrets management utility that stores, rotates, and automatically creates passwords and keys. It helps us define our AWS access credentials dynamically based on our IAM policies. The convenience for retrieving the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key for any new IAM user is also straightforward with Akeyless Vault Platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any negatives while working on Akeyless Vault Platform. It provisions Remote Access connectivity, which is highly secured and compatible with our public, private and on-premise environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Akeyless Vault Platform has helped a lot in the ability to configure our Log forwarding features in Amazon S3. It provides clear visibility of all our activities which is present in our Audit Logs. Each of our log files holds the log records for the duration of 10 minutes, in which the file is named according to the user and timestamp. Since each entry is a JSON-based file, we can quickly parse the records for that particular timestamp.
