Fully-featured online and mobile event experience
What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub allows us to quickly deploy online and mobile event experiences to our attendees, with a minimal amount of up-front setup, It is powerful out-of-the-box, and delivers a consistent, user-friendly experience, allowing us to focus on the actual event.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality of Attendee Hub is frustratingly limited - particularly customization options. While the cookie-cutter apporach fits most of our events, there are occasions when we would like to make changes that we can't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendee Hub allows our non-technical users to create, customize and manage event apps and websites. IT and marketing can be less involved in the process, shortening the go-live time and reducing the friction to launching these platforms before an event.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides a web base version of the app, so that our attendees who are not tech savvy and won't download an events app can still engage with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited variations in the look and feel of the design aspects, including logo placement and background colours

Assisting with getting attendees who would not usually download the app to engage with all information
The attendee hub has become an engaging place for our customers but lacks customization

I like most the ability to be able to see the analytics

I dislike the lack of customization with the website

It solves the problem of having our own space where our customers can find all the information needed for our events
Great engagement tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how engaging it is and how it gets the attendees excited about my event.
What do you dislike about the product?
The set up can be a bit much. Very time consuming.

It allows our event to engage the attendees before the event starts.
Cvent Attendee Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and easy to setup. Gives us the ability to customize not just the content but the look and feel, which allows us to continue to present our company branding even in a 3rd party system like Cvent.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it was difficult to learn where everything is. A powerful tool sometimes takes time to master, and this is no different. Be sure to give yourself time to explore and learn how to use before your event needs to go live for registration!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central location for our VIP and attendees.
Great product to keep attendees connected but can use more features.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the app and how it allows you to keep attendees in the loop. With the product roadmap, there are tons of new features that I find intriguing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know a lot of my team have expressed that at times the app doesn't live up to the previous app that was given in the past. Sometimes the design features can also be limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to have a hub for our attendees to keep up with the the event and all the news surrounding it. We find this a perfect way to keep our attendees engaged and well informed.

No downsides to the Cvent Attendee Hub!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All inclusiveness of Cvent products and the integration of them all to alleviate duplicate work between event product needs.
Easy Integration for Hybrid Events!
What do you like best about the product?
So many things - it's been two years but the onboarding process was smooth and the training was exceptional. I always had support. We connected via zoom and it was seamless. When I've attended events for the Hub I love the ease of integration, the player and overall the engagement the Hub can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not a huge fan of the lag for online, but this is part of the norm for virtual/hybrid events. I have noticed this is improving. I would like to see more integration with other virtual platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided us an easy-to-use platform for a virtual international event. I was able to have real-time attendee engagement but it also provided an opportunity for our attendees who were on opposite time zones to join and watch at their leisure while continuing to interact!
Intuitive organization
What do you like best about the product?
The Attendee Hub platform has been a lifesaver for our in-person and hybrid events. All of the attendee information is so well organized on the face, and intuitive to build on the back end. With a bit more design flexibility this platform would go from great to exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
While functionality is great, there are a few design shortcomings with Attendee Hub - if you know some basic HTML coding, you can format your own exhibitor pages, but it's a bit of a pain. Would also love more control over where to add images and change colors. And being able to better organize uploads and links would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all attendee info well organized and in one place is invaluable. I would never again want to plan an event where the online conference isn't connected to the registration process and web capabilities. Can't imagine how we used to do this all in the past!
Great app, user friendly and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use, from the set-up using the backend, to the user-friendly approach to the user, makes it a great platform to use. Also the fact that it is all connected to Cvent registration, makes it easy to update.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. Maybe the gamification default option could use a little refresh to make sure that it is up-to-date and bring people to play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our footprint by reducing the paper agenda. Also this is great way to connect with team members
