What do you like best about the product?
Attendee hub is very helpful for gettingeverything in one spot for our attendees. Easy to view all the information they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of ins and outs and it's not something you can quickly catch on to. It will take a lot of hours of training and playing around in the site to understnad it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sharing agendas/schedules. connecting attendees. QnA

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to get info to all the registrants at once right in the palm of thier hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the social would connect to more than twitter.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customization are what I like best about the Attendee HUb.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many aspects of the Attendee Hub that I dislike, but if the login verification code could be easily enabled & disabled, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to quickly and easily setup virtual events and customer-facing webinars using standardized templates has allowed me to perform my role managing events so much more efficient.

Easy to build, easy for attendees to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is easy to use on the backend, including adding push notifications, updated sessions, registrant information. Feedback from attendees indicate it's easy to learn, find event information, and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to modify session time without deleting and re-adding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing attendees to check in and out of sessions on their device

I like the fact that you can set up cards for vendors, raffles, surveys, etc.

the look of the scheduling calendar from the attendee side is not very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
The attendee hub offers a great platform for networking, scheduling exhibit conversations, interact with attending organizations, and has a very pleasant UI. This sounds super bot-y, but it's really the best event platform I've been able to work with. Take that with a grain of salt.
What do you dislike about the product?
A flaw I see with it that sticks out is the lack of gamification. However, that may fall on the orgs to implement better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Networking within a large audience. It makes it way easier to connect with specific people and search for other potential connections.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing even app with the practically every capability you may wish for. From community engagement to exhibitor support and lead collection. Also, has the flexibility to turn off the features you may not want.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to learn ALL of the capabilities. Sometimes it will update with no previous warning and throw our attendees and ourselves for a loop. Also, I miss the subsessions I had available in CrowdCompass.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing out attendees to have all the information they need in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub is easy to navigate, and has everything I need right at my fingertips. I use it everyday, multiple times a day, without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Cvent Attendee Hub for 2 years now and have yet to come across something I dislike about it.

It simplifies the planning process ensuring meetings run smoothly ensuring I can do my job efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub was very easy to use both from my side in implementing it and from the attendee/user side. When planning my event Attendee Hub was the easiest and most convenient place to keep all the details about each speaker and exhibitor, as well as have the speakers and exhibitors provide information themselves. That feature alone saved me probably 30+ hours of getting people to respond to me and give me the info and then importing it myself. The customer support is also top notch. They were always quick to answer any questions and were with me every step of the journey from purchase to debrief of the event. We received tons of popsitive feedback about the app from our event attendees and our download rate of Attendee Hub compared to the app we used last year doubled. Attendee Hub is very easy to integrate into things you've already been doing for your event. Overall, it's intuitive, customizable, and did almost everything I needed and wanted it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things on the "con" side of the pro/con list for Cvent Attendee Hub. Some people's spam filters filtered the emails from Attendee Hub into their junk/spam folders, but I don't know that there's really anything to be done about that. I'd love for there to be a way to insert pictures into the body of the custom pages that you can create, but ultimately that's more of a preference and the feature still works for what it needs to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent Attendee Hub solved my gneral problem of having a well-functioning event app that people would actually download and use. It also solved a lot of manual information uploading with the ability for speakers and exhibitors to upload their own information via their respective resource centers and by having sessions and attendees be able to be mass-uploaded via spreadsheet. That saved me countless hours. The engagtement features like the game center, polling, and Q&A really benefited our event and the experience.
