Attendee hub is helping my event go paperless

What do you like best about the product?
How easily it integrates with the Agenda module, saving me time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our older members do not want to use it, and find it frustrating. That being said, the benefits far outweigh this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily communicating with my attendees, and updating them on program changes in realtime.

What do you like best about the product?
It pulls the information from the cvent registrtion site, saving time on imports across products
What do you dislike about the product?
It get's cluncky with spotty internet. My schedule should be the default schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Push notifications and agenda updates. If the sessions run over, or the we need to provide attendees event updates, the apps makes it easy and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub has enabled us to extend the reach of our events to 4x the number of prospects and clients than with previous events (virtual or in-person).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features available in the app that aren't necessarily available in the web version, or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent Attendee Hub allows us to reach a far greater audience while incorporating networking and exhibitor features - a full conference online!

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Cvent registration is a highlight for using attendee hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use work on more branding opportunities and customization, but I believe this is on the roadmap and support takes feedback seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used an API with another mobile app. The newly built app makes a seamless attendee experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub is easy to build once you have set up your registration event in Cvent. There are so many available features to use to captivate your audience on the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features to learn and understand to build out the app. There is also a learning curve for designing if you do not already have a background in design. But their customer support team is very good at helping and explaining when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have asked about having the guests photos available in the Attendees section.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to build and looks professional!
What do you dislike about the product?
Gaming options are a bit limited and I wish we could play more with the overall look and feel of the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaces the expensive program book and helps keep our attendees connected and informed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that attendees can access their travel details easily and check schedule to make sure they don't miss anything. Also, I like that the main page is completely customizable, the attendees can chat freely and that it was easy to learn!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish that the "more" page was showed differently. It is not 100% intuitive to have to go at the last tab to read everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it easier for attendees to contact the event planner. Before this app, we had to have a hospitality desk and someone available almost 12 hours a day to make sure that attendees had the support they needed. Now, they can reach out in the app directly. Such a time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can really customize the attendee hub with different colours, images, and icons. I really like the gamification features as well, it helps to engage the participant and encourages them to walk around and learn more about whatever you choose to make the game about! It's also user friendly and easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about the attendee hub is that you can't preview without logging in, but the only way to log in is with your registration information. If you aren't an attendee, which you probably aren't if you're the one building the app/site, then you don't have that login information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping with pax engagement and limiting emails and phone calls as most information can be found in the app!

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to build and populate. Provides indepth information about all program activities, speakers, and content. It's a necessary tool to keep our attendees upto date and informed about all our events have to offer. It also allows us to track which particular aspects and activities our attendees are interested in which is very useful in planning future events.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some building aspects that are not necessarily intutive in the design section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attendee hub allows us to connect with each individual user and provide all necessary program information.lt also allows them to access session content. Attendee hub is also an amazing tool for allowing our attendees feel confident when navigating the many sessions and event spaces.

Easy, Customizable Event App!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the Attendee Hub is, whether it's custom banners, home page cards, pages (you can set privacy so only certain attendees see them), colors, notifications, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides yet! It is super easy for people to use and attendees don't have to remember a password to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow us to show customized agendas for our attendees, include our branding, and promote engagement on-site.
