Great product but in need of some serious updates
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to chat, q&a and polls for sessions
What do you dislike about the product?
Onsite solutions, not all features are visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to host virtual events, allows us to reach broader audience and easy to maneuver for those that aren't tech savy
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using attendee hub, ask for a cheat sheet from attendee hub support. That was critical for my 3 day virtual event.
Love the experience and ability to view content after the live event.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the support using the attendee hub and the ability for consumers to view the recorded content weeks later and still get continuing education credit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly expensive for some of our planning teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great event management system- much more efficient than web ex.
Cvent platform is a game changer...
What do you like best about the product?
It is just so easy to Navigate. Everything is simple to set up and use. Our attendees love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain about disliking anything about Cvent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a convention yearly is really difficult and time consuming process. Using the attendee hub has lightened the load a lot and simplified my work load. I can just take me time and set up everything and i love that it also sync to the app.
It was such an easy platform to use and set up, attendee's loved it and I would suggest this again!
What do you like best about the product?
The scanning feature for attendees and automatic printing of badges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think anything was missing - it was overall a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to manually print over 400 badges prior to an event. Causes less stress at check-in for events. Just overall a benefit during a busy and stressful time!
Very user friendly and easy to help other's understand
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface of the platform and how easy it is to use. Any changes we make in cvent is directly changed in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I could think of that I dislike

It is solving the issue of knowing how many people have signed in and registered.
Attendee Hub - MRC
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Attendee HUb is to use. It is amazing all the new features that are constantly being released. Having used other platforms Attendee Hub is so user friendly. Cvent Studio is AMAZING!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to complete attendee hub set up prior to being able to share the link to access. Would be great to be able to share the link with attendees without them being able to access the hub till a set date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use attendee hub all the time. Sometimes we are setting up events at the last minute and we can set up attendee hub in minutes. We were able to deliver virtual content during the pandemic and continue to deliver virtual content now.

Its so simple while still being a robust platform

What do you like best about the product?
We like Attendee Hub because it is very easy and effective when trying to organize, track, and keep tabs on registration for events and trainings. Very intuitive so we don't need to teach volunteers how to use the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Attendee Hub tends to be that the app can be a little wonky, sometimes (depending on the internet connection at the venue) the registration numbers can be inaccurate and requires rebooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Cvent Attendee Hub solving for our organization is the tracking, recording and reporting of registration data, including the process of checking attendees in.

Cvent Attendee Hub: a platform that keeps growing
What do you like best about the product?
Cvent Attendee Hub gives our attendees one place for the whole event. As Cvent keeps on pushing new features, it has helped us make our events more engaging. I love the additions of chats and discussions and the fact that we can update the content on the fly. Being able to keep the content for our attendees for up to 90 days has been very helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the agenda building and appointments were a little easier. I also would prefer if the Q&A, chats and polls could all be opened at the same time rather than having to switch from one to the other. Appointments is a separate add-on feature that could be integrated more smoothly with the Attendee Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we had to pivot to virtual events (and later on looking at hybrid events), being able to design one site that would make it easier for our attendees to navigate through the sessions, exhibitor pages and additional content was essential. Cvent's Attendee Hub helped us achieve this and as they keep adding features, our attendees' experience keeps on improving.

Make sure to work closely with your Cvent Client Success Advisor. They have a wealth of knowledge and will help you make the most of your Cvent solutions!

What do you like best about the product?
The appearance, it is a great looking platform to deliver virtual events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interactivity between attendees. I believe there should be an option for attendees to see who is online and message each other or call directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reports are great, you can easily see who has joined which session and for how long.
One Stop Shop for Hybrid Events !!
What do you like best about the product?
Attendee Hub has all features needed to host Virtual, Hybrid and In-person Events without needing to work with multiple vendors. One of the best features is its ability to calculate Engagement scores and out of box reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have started using this product in the last 3 months and have no complains so far.

I am solving the ease of creating, hosting Virtual and Hybrid events using one vendor to reduce cost and efforts
