Easy to use and design, but sometimes tech unreliable

What do you like best about the product?
I think the hub is a very intuitive platform to design and for attendees to use. We've had hardly any customer service calls or emails from attendees having trouble accessing or navigating the hub. It looks very nice and has a lot of great features to make a virtual conference really shine.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some trouble with the video player on the hub, specifically in terms of streaming live video. Additionally, I wish there was a bit more customizability with the custom and automatic notifications in terms of delivery method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have done several fully virtual institutes since COVID, but we are now entering our first year of hybrid conference programming. The hub has been a key part of integrating our virtual audience into the full conference experience and making them feel just as important as our in-person attendees.

Everything in One Place!

What do you like best about the product?
That it allows for you to see all of the content for the sessions in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they should give users the ability to custom create their own pages for things that may be unique to their company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to keep all our content in one place and giving our attendees the option to play back and watch content later.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a personalized "hub" for our attendees to utilize and only have to visit one place to find everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The build couldn't be copied from the website, so I had to build out every aspect to the event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized hub so that attendees don't have to visit different links to access everything.

Easy to use and navigate, makes virtual events super easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of customer/attendee support, hard to get quick fix to easy problems because of how large Cvent is
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy and affordable platform to host events, large and small.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The biggest drawback is limited customer/attendee support, and it can be difficult to have 'closed' sessions with limited access

What do you like best about the product?
I found the notifications helpful for attendees and the different aspects they could utilize like Q&A, different rooms, and messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely had some hiccups as a hybrid event. Livestreaming and trying to speak to virtual attendees live was an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent is awesome to get people together who otherwise wouldn't be able to because of travel issues or the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved how our attendees loved the app and how easy it was to build out. It was very interactive and a great addition to our event.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our attendees could not log in based on their email they used. They registered in CVent but did not have access to the app for some reason and we could not figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual events and how we can do both in-person and virtual at the sametime

Good Virtual event software but needs Finetuning

What do you like best about the product?
I like the attendee hub because it offers the ability to have an event virtually online. This was a game-changer during covid. If we did not have access to this we could have failed our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attendee hub really needs to be fine-tuned. it's not user-friendly enough and it takes a decent amount of time to get used to. In addition, the mobile app crowd compass does not integrate well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cvent attendee hub is solving the issue of "how do we make our event virtual and or hybrid so that we can increase the visability of our event in person and beyond.
