It's a clean and simple system. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I do not like about the system.

Being able to upload registrants on the event start date.
Cvent Attendee Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The Cvent Attendee Hub is easy to download. I like that the verification code may be sent via text message and not just email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When attaching presentations to sessions, it's challenging to access the presentation/s if the attendee is not registered for that session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing I can think of at this time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our meeting attendees like the Cvent Attendee Hub.
Easy to use, intuitive, though did not have all of the features we needed.
What do you like best about the product?
It has functions that make the day of the event go smoothly and take away the stress of organizing management features and tracking attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features we would have liked (pre-event setup mainly) were not available, though there were many things we were able to use that helped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problems of organizing events and making sure they run smoothly -- that benefits us by reducing headaches when trying to figure out best practices.
The best product from Cvent.
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, intuitive and robust. We have trained our clients and was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates do not come with enough training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual events and the app really did wonders.
Attendee Experience Seamless and Easy. Setup? Not so much.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the attendee experience for the Attendee Hub is easy with a very small learning curve. I like the Language Management feature where you can customize a lot of the different menu items to fit your particular event. The Attendee Hub works seamlessly with the registration module CVent offers which is one of the main reasons we switched from our previous platform. The Attendee Hub offers little layout customization, but that's part of the beauty in the simplicity of the end-user experience. Once you get the hang of the setup process, it's easy to hide what users can see, etc. Last year, presenters had to access their sessions from the Speaker Resource Center, but that has changed for this year. Now speakers can access their classes from within Attendee Hub. This is huge and will eliminate a lot of confusion on the speaker side of things this year.
I also like the spontaneous networking groups that focus on specific topics. The only improvement I'd make there is to allow those groups to be moderated by a host. However, we are going to try unmoderated groups this year to see how it goes. It's nice to provide an easy networking opportunity for those that want to interact virtually with their fellow attendees.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major disadvantages of the Attendee Hub is that you cannot view webinars from the app, so if you are hosting a virtual event, it is best to not even advertise that an app is available. That's what we do. Another drawback is there is a bit of a delay with the livestreaming, so it's difficult for presenters to answer questions in real-time. I do believe CVent has put out a fix for this, so we will see if this improves with our event in October. Another quirk of the Attendee Hub is that you cannot preview the attendee website without taking it live. It's very difficult to set everything up when you can't see it. Having said that, you can take the event live, but just be sure to keep the event link confidential.
Even though they've made some improvements from last year, the admin/setup side of the Attendee Hub is not very intuitive, so just be prepared for a learning curve there. However, their support and solutions specialists are very helpful, so take advantage of that when you can. I've found I've needed very little guidance setting up the platform this year compared to last.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large number of users across the globe, and Attendee Hub gives us the opportunity to interact with those customers effectively at a reasonable cost. Virtual event management takes a lot of work, and cvent offers a dependable product that our customers and employees like using.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just to reiterate my comments above, be prepared for a large learning curve for setup/admin!
NASDDDS Review
What do you like best about the product?
The attendee hub is easy to set up and customize the features to ensure it is branded and unique to your event. Our attendees also found it easy to navigate throughout the conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
The synchronization with the app could be improved. It would be nice to be able to link slide decks and on demand videos to the app and hub sessions. Accessibility could be improved-it would be great to have the option to turn on auto captioning like other web platforms offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hub provides an easy to use platform for both our virtual and hybrid events. I am a one person communications and event department and the hub increases my ability to be productive in less time; look professional; and increase our capability to analyze the results of our efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend attendee hub for a fully integrated event management system
A good Attendee Hub to your virtual event
What do you like best about the product?
The Attendee Hub from Cvent is a good platform, very user-friendly, and with good features for your attendees to engage with you, sponsors, and network with other attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not much customizable as it could be. I miss options like asking questions to the speakers in advance of the session going live, pages more customizable and an attendee profile page more design-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For virtual or hybrid events Cvent Attendee Hub allows us to keep the attendee experience interesting without losing the networking. It makes virtual events as good as in-person events.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that all your needs were well explained in order to get the correct SOW and avoid being extra charged.
Easy and Quick
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to engage with participants in a controlled environment with polls and Q&A is invaluable. With both mechanisms participants feel like they can be heard and are part of the conversation rather than just sitting and listening for extended amounts of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we experience buffering-type issues that can frustrate participants joining a webinar virtually. This happens few and far between but it's not always clear if the problem might be on our end or theirs so customer service can be a bit challenging at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a very diverse customer base in the agricultural space. The convenience of joining a program via Attendee Hub really helps our customers stay engaged with our programs and attend whenever/wherever is convenient for them.
Robust Platform that Drives Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to actively and live-time engage with our attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits on the amount of customization you can offer based on individual attendees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly communicate important event information without having to continuously blast multiple emails.
One stop shop
What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating the Attendee Hub was easy, the integration with CVENT registration made it quick to load the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the speaker/moderator permissions was long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to do everything on our own without having to use third-party virtual providers and no duplication of uploading content on various platforms.
