Simple and elegant solution. Had to use Rewind a few times after mistakes on our site, saves the day
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the fact I can select any small change on the site and bring it back to where it was. The back ups can be so specific. The advanced restore is what I have used most, can restore everything apart from one facet if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I've noticed yet. My needs for the app are relatively simple and it completely allows me to use it for those issues. I wouldn't want to add more to the app. It is at the right level for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simply going back to a previous version of my site just an hour or so before if there has been an issue whether it's small or catastrophic to the site. It reacts quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use, and it works, it is as simple as that. You pick a date what exactly you want to rewind and that's it. It's an insurance policy for your shopify backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything but worth noting that I actually haven't used rewind in an emergency situation, just convenient when I see something not working as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an insurance, but it has a great value, their plan have very fair pricing based on the size and scale of the store. The few times i've used it have perform as expected.

Sometimes restores are not the quickest but it's still acceptable.

Peace of mind that we are covered in the event of making a mistake or loosing data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Rewind Backups is excellent for saving important information related to e-commerce and business and restoring it in case a disaster occurs. I like that the general user interface is colorful and very unchallenging, allowing me to navigate through it quickly. The setup was also easy, and I could integrate it with my Trello account quickly and backup all my information like tasks and projects into the cloud. It also automatically backups everything once you're all set up, so I didn't have to worry about constantly remembering to backup every day or week. Rewind provides an excellent solution for data loss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The server is sometimes relatively slow and will take a long time to upload information into the cloud. I have also had to restore data sometimes because of changes that I did and ended up not being content with them; converting time also took longer than expected. It would be great if Rewind could improve that part of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewind Backups is crucial for preventing data loss in my business and undoing unwanted changes on our files, Trello accounts, and more. I have been lucky enough that I have not needed to recover big chunks of our data because of cyberattacks, but I know that if that ever happens, I can be safe and sound because I have it all backed up on Rewind. It's a significant relief knowing that if anything were to happen if all my information were to be deleted, I could count on this program to restore it quickly. I have only restored small pieces of information from my Trello account, and even if there was a bit of a delay, it still did the job I expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Due to the big amount of malware and dangerous cyberattacks that occur every day and with an increased quantify, I think that every business should implement software that will back up their QBO data or Trello data. Not only that but there have been cases where employees have caused significant data loss due to being untrained or so, which is why it's essential not to risk this critical information. In my opinion, Rewind Backups is the key to this.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy, you sign in via the app to the tools you want to back up (Trello, Quickbooks, etc.) and boom, Rewind begins taking snapshots so you can "rewind" in case you make a misstep.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be great if pricing was based on the number of changes being backed up, or if there was an option for that, versus snapshots of the system even when no changes are being made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many people sharing my Trello board and a finicky Quickbooks Online account. Being able to "undo" edits or changes will save me time and provide better quality services to my clients.
Essential for any QBO account
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is extremely painless to set up, and the cost is very affordable. It is essentially cheap insurance against the unlikely event of a catastrophic data loss event, but if it happens having Rewind will save dozens of hours and a lot of stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any part of the experience I have had with Rewind to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intuit does not guarantee that you can restore your QBO data to a prior state. Losing data is rare, but if it happens to you there is likely little that can be done to recover unless you use a product like Rewind to regularly back up your QBO data, and they can easily restore it for you, This is priceless when you need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Rewind Backups keeps all our data under constant protection with storage in the cloud, where it is possible to keep it safe from any virus or error. An integration with Shopify or BigCommerce is possible, where it is possible to create a quick backup of all my data, and once I need it again I can rewind the backup and have my data safe and intact again. It is a simple tool that goes directly for a fast function, in addition to this the encryption allows to increase the protection and security of my files incredibly.

It may be more expensive than expected, however paying to keep my data safe is really worth it. Another disadvantage is how slow it can be, one would expect to be able to automatically restore my data but it is not like that, it takes a while to obtain the data restoration.

The main benefit is knowing that I can work calmly knowing that I will always have a backup of all my data, and that if an accident occurs at any time, I can always have a rewind of all my data and pretend nothing happened.
