What do you like best about the product?
its the most helpfull and efficient AI system where I can search anything and get a plenty of information within seconds of time.its an less expensive and faster option for this generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it just give me the same information twice whenever I want a topic in detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its minimising the usage of searching a topic or its wikipedia in plenty of other platforms. it provides everthing you need in just couple of seconds with examples.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Claude for 5-6 months now. I love how easy it is! I often will take my call transcripts and tell it to write me a follow-up email based on my conversation with the prospect. It makes my life so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it limits how many times I can use it without starting a new "conversation" or whatever they call it.

Wonderful for new business research
What do you like best about the product?
It is like having a conversation with an educated person who also supplies the sources to its information. I don't need to write out much to get my request across.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be neat if conversation threads could be sent to peers.

It is evolving the ease of research. It is much more direct than a Google search and allows our marketing agency to conduct a lot of research, especially in the new business space
Better creative writing than ChatGPT
What do you like best about the product?
Claude has a miuch more versatile & creative format to rewrite text to amke it engan=giong & interestiung

you are only allowed 20 (whatever) searches per day on the free option. If you have heavy workload days, you will need to stetch them out

Sometimes it is too difficult or tiring to stay creative. Claude does a gret job of adding interest & creativity to articles
I find that Caude is factually more accurate than other models
What do you like best about the product?
The discourse and summarization seems more natural compared to similar services and it offers good outputs on generic tasks such as translations

Nothing really, I should point out that I use the free version which has limitation compared to paid plans

Easy to use to analyze text, request a translation, I find it particularly useful on summarizing articles and text

What do you like best about the product?
It sometimes gives me better text than ChatGPT. And otherwise it's equal or slightly inferior. Either way, I can get two distinct articles based on the same prompt and post them in different places. it also gives me the copy in plain text so I can copy & paste it easily into a doc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the copy is just too bland or incomplete. It's easy to hit the free limits and it's not clear what those limits are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I write an article based on a certain keyword, I can get two distinct articles based on the same prompt and post them in different places. It sometimes gives me better text than ChatGPT. And otherwise it's equal or only slightly inferior. Sometimes if ChatGPT is acting up I can get a better answer from Claude.
Integration with files is one of the most helpful features for developers
What do you like best about the product?
Attaching files is very important because it reduces copy-paste effort and you can easily segment the logic questions and the context. This is especially true for development tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that it's available in my country, I am happy. However, when dealing with larger files (ie, 10K in size) they seem to be ignored. I would rather like some kind of indication that the file was not processed.

Code review, idea generation and general text review. It's very helpful when writing code.
Better than ChatGPT and Bard in some instances
What do you like best about the product?
When you try to ask the same thing in ChatGPT, Bard and Claude, in most cases Claude explains the topic in a better way than the other two. Also, most of the time, it provides information in easy to understand language.
What do you dislike about the product?
In few cases it takes a different approach and way of explanation which is not exactly correct and in some cases even out right wrong. In some cases when there is too much information presented by the assistant, I found it to be difficult to ready due to the narrow messenger template of the site. There have been multiple instances where the site was unavailable for hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Claude mainly for my assignments and projects, where it helps me understand the concepts and implement it. Many times when ChatGPT or Bard gives indecisive results, I use Claude where it is really good in explaining the concept to help you understand the process which in turn will help come up with the solution.

It aims to be helpful wherever possible, without overstepping its capabilities as an AI.

What do you dislike about the product?
Claude is still evolving as all AI tools. It sometimes refuses to answer questions especially when it deals with controversy. It appears to be trained to have higher moral standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more intuitive in its response. The conversations I had with Claude delivered results in my research and writing that are fully conversational in tone and digestible.
More conversational tone than other AI software
What do you like best about the product?
The tone is different than other AI chat software I've used. It's more conversational in tone and less sterile sounding. It still sounds authoritative, but without sounding like a cliff notes version of AI. I find myself using it more than other AI software for the same content and marketing creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. I've used 99% of the output it's produced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solopreneur, it's like adding more people to my team to complete job functions I don't really have the time for.
