Reliable, helpful, resourceful, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Using the discover page to view all articles about our brand at the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
having to input samples via excel and the ability for it to go wrong with one small typo

sample management, article alerts, contacts, group send outs - makes it much simpler, smoother process overall

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. Very intuitive and very helpful with managing our sample closet

I don't have any dislikes as of now. Using Launchmetrics has been useful thus far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Launchmetrics, managing our sample closet was a hassle. Wer were using Excel prior and it was very limited on what we could do

What do you like best about the product?
The sample tracking, I can go in and know where a sample is and when returns will be. Also, the discover feature is great especially when it tracks UVMs and how much earned media we received!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with Discover, we receive clippings from 7 years ago! Also, the scanner still can't pick up returns if the brand is different, an easy fix from our end but it would be great if it just knew!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking samples and knowing where they are and if they're missing how we can track them. Launchmetrics holds us accountable with returns and when it keeps track of requests, I can use that for our monthly company recap.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Launchmetrics standardizes our inventory and makes it easy to keep track of our send out history. Receiving daily Discover emails also helps with media monitoring and our reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there haven't been any problems with Launchmetrics and the usage our team has for the Samples, Discover, and contacts platform that we use on a daily and weekly basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics has been extremely helpful in helping our team save time and pull specific reports that we need for various PR, influencer, and editor reasons. thank you!

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely attentive, helpful and patient. Was extremely accommodating to our schedule and followed up to ensure that we were okay. We haven't worked with many competitors but prefer this program due to the help and support
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complicated to use but with Sean's help everything is better! We are still trying to actively become more proficient in the system but are working daily to improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had overall questions regarding contacts, uploading contacts, and organizing events. We do feel much more productive using this platform and do feel as though our business performance has increased.

Launchmetrics provides a great service and attentive staff for our organization's fundraising gala. I'm most impressed by the flexibility and simplicity of their platform.

No issues. The program I use has not changed much year over year, but I haven't had any of my needs unanswered.

We rely on Launchmetrics to help manage info and seating for a large number of important guests. Launchmetrics products and services help make the event a success!

What do you dislike about the product?
The tagging process on Discover could be simplified to be easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now monitor the Reels on Instagram which is very pertinent since more and more users are now using videos and reels to share content.
Easy to use and very useful platform for PR management
What do you like best about the product?
Contacts management is very good to maintain the database updated. Galleries & contacts mailings is very helpful to send information. Discover tool is great for Print and Web clipping.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mailings creation process could be more flexible and allow more creativity. Sometimes the mailings don't go through properly and stay in spam. The discover tool is not very accurate for Social content, it misses some content and many profiles, and it also doesn't include the Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very important tool for PR purposes as it helps to make it easier the process of sharing information with press contacts, to make clippings reports and to find out insights about what contents works or not.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that Launchmetrics helps me keep track of samples in an organized and efficient manner. I also think that the contact mailing feature is so great and makes it so seamless and easy to create mailings and contact groups to send the mailing to. I also like that you can see the open rate to compare how different mailings perform. This is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a bit easier to upload a document of samples and imagery for samples. Other than that, I don't dislike anything!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics is solving any problems regarding losing samples and not being on top of sample trafficking. It makes it so seamless and easy to keep track of everything on one platform.
