Easy to use for our sample process
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics allows us to barcode and track samples efficiently and effectively. Mark is always available to answer questions and provide help. Often going above and beyond, Mark helps us with different options that may be better for our operation. This improves our quality of use and simplifies the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Launchmetrics uses a different vernacular than our company. Many of the processes have terms that mean something else and are locked or hard to change to our company's representation. This leads to us having to issue trainings for the terms that mean two completely different subjects. Mark is more than willing to help us or to try and fix what he can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to create the Sample Library from scratch. Launchmetrics allows us to create barcodes and tags for samples that may not have any information. This then allows us to track these items by signing out to a person and return as nessasary.

What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is an excellent event management solution that has made planning and executing events easy. It offers a range of tools that help streamline the event planning process, including guest list management, invitation tracking, and guest check-in. I particularly like how easy it is to create and manage guest lists, which has helped me stay organized and ensure that my events run smoothly.
During the onboarding process, I had the pleasure of working with Federica Gavagna, a customer success specialist at Launchmetrics. Federica made the process easy and always made herself available to answer any questions that arose. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the transition to the platform smooth and straightforward.
Overall, I highly recommend Launchmetrics for anyone looking for a comprehensive event management solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Launchmetrics could improve is that the platform does not offer a customizable GPS Radar website for event registration, which can be limiting when we want to provide a unique registration experience for their attendees. This is a feature that I would love to see added in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics is solving multiple problems related to event planning and execution. The platform provides an easy-to-use system for managing invitations and guest lists, saving us time and ensuring smooth event execution. The on-spot guest check-in system has also helped us streamline the check-in process for events. Additionally, Launchmetrics allows us to store and organize contact information for guests, vendors, and other stakeholders, improving our communication efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is easy to navigate, user-friendly in most of its aspects, and has all the tools that allow you to keep track of samples in a very detailed way. However, it was essential for us the help and guidance received by our Customer Success Manager, Sean Lonergan! He really supported us in every step of the project and he's been such a point of reference, always available to solve our issues or answer our questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I wouldn't say there are any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launchmetrics is helping us with tracking our sample collections. It gives us visibility and accountability in the management of the merchandise.
Great Platform for Sample Trafficking
What do you like best about the product?
The experience from start to finish for an editorial request is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could edit and existing delivery number if you need to add or remove certain samples from a send out.

Keeping our internal samples organized and transparency for all team send outs.
One of the Better PR Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The app gives you all your coverage at your fingetips and makes reporting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The events app has had some technical glitches so would defintely make sure to have someone for support on site for events.

PR Analytics. I love that it gives you an estimated media value for your placements.

Launchmetrics is a platform that saves me time. The app pleases with super ease and accessibility. An extensive database allows you to stay up to date with trends and key moments at the global level

Customer Success Manager is very knowledgable, thorough, and guides you the entire step of the way
What do you like best about the product?
Helps my PR department with generating monthly press reports and being able to include MIV, and competitor insights is extremely valuable for our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform sometimes has difficulty generating broadcast press; when you insert specific press it may not create a MIV or find the link to coverage.

My experience has been overall very good, although it can be a bit confusing at times.

It is helpful when I want to keep track of the samples I have sent out. It helps me remember what stylists / editors have what samples, and when they will be returned.

That it can be pretty difficult to navigate. Since there are so many steps and so many different things you can do on the website, it can be kind of confusing sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our samples and which we currently have in our closet, and which are currently out with stylists / editors. It also allows us to barcode our samples which makes keep track of each item significantly easier!
Effecive database for the fashion industry
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is an integral tool for the fashion industry. It helps maintain a detailed inventory, sample tracking, and export useful data. We were able to use LM to modify each inventoried object, add new inventory, and additional information to help other teams within the company. Exporting the data already in the system helped us fully accomplish a large archiving project. This involved printing revised and clearer tags for each garment and accessory. A key part of the project's success was having friendly and expert customer service. It wouldn't have been possible without their guidance!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to search for all seasons in a single year in one fell swoop. Also, importing significant data content can be tricky.
