Great Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics is really great allocation system that is easy to use. The team is also very helpful if we ever run into any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things selected are added to a queue and remain on there even if you leave the page. The only issues I've run into when this happens are when I return to the sample manager and print barcodes and accidentally print 40 barcodes as opposed to my selection of 5. Maybe we can get an alert to review the queue prior to printing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're helping us clean up our inventory so that we're able to implement practices company wide using the same format for everything.
Very useful, makes the work much easier and has a very responsive team.
What do you like best about the product?
The Media Monitoring service works quite well, it is intuitive, easy to handle, and quite accurate. The support team is very good: they always respond quickly and are clear in their explanations to help you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things in the operation that could be improved and more occurrences slip through than they should, since the price is high and it should not make any mistakes as a program.

We have been using Launchmetrics for our events: the software is very user-friendly, easy to learn and simple to use.
Amazing team, very attentive and supportive towards the client and ready to answer promptly and help in problem-solving throughout all phases and events, both in person and from remote.

So far, nothing that we dislike – the team is very open about suggestions and implementing features that may need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from being about to manage our customer database, i really like the ability to track the sends and opens with a time stamp. It is very helpful to On Location/NYFW Experiences because we do have a fair amount of fradulent claims that come in after NYFW from guests who make claimes that they never received information, or fraud . We use the data from Launchmetrics to provide our security team with info to go back to the credit card companies to help defend our ticket revenue. And we love Sean

I like everything - no downside for me. thank you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy commuiction with guests in which we have a record of, and the ability to check guests into our events using iPad and mobile phone. Easy to work and update from anywhere.

The support team is always proactive and quick to help in every issue we may have.

Immediate response on attendees and easy way to analyse results post event
Launchmetrics is a great tool to collect all the clipping that mentions your brand
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to have organised all your clipping: social media (all platfroms like instagram, youtube, twitter, facebook), print media and online media. And you can see which content works better and which one works best so you can make more accurate decisions involving your strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's complicated that it collects all the clippinng and you have to upload them manually, but the support team makes a great job to get this problems fixed.

Letting us know which influencers work better and which don't so that we can make decisions regarding the collaborations

What do you like best about the product?
Launchmetrics covers everything. Makes life in PR very simple and comprehensive for all contacts, events, press coverage and most importantly sample trafficking.

Sometimes complicated with different workspaces on the account for sample trafficking. Also for contacts and different workspaces.
