Priority is an excellent tool for companies.
What do you like best about the product?
User experience, a convenient interface for the user. Building and developing processes is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
To develop new fields or triggers, only suitable developers are required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Priority provides us with solutions for issuing invoices and managing inventory across all companies. It gives us the option for integration and connection of multiple systems that automatically input orders, and the system automatically generates tax invoices for us.

Support and Stability is a main issue with Priority ERP.
i would expect a better support, and better integrations such as SAML SSO instead of OAuth.

Priority ERP has improved the management and operations of our company

We've had a few issues linking files to the program.

It is helping keep everything together so everything can be found easier

Gets the job done. Has many functionalities.

overcomplicated system. sometimes you need to click 10 paths to get somewhere.

Bookkeeping, payroll, fixed assets in one place.

Priority is easy to learn and use. Also, it is a SAAS software, allowing working remotely.

The software language is my firm is Hebrew and not English.

We are managing our PP&E in Priority. Assisting in tracking.saving time
The Flexible ERP for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
The Configuration of the ERP and the flexibility of using the BPM and Reports as per your requirement or standards of your country rules. In additiona the flexibility of accessing the ERP through mobile is feature i liked best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Priority as every functionality that you look for or identify as missing, priority get that resolved in the next version they release. Yearly twice they release the product version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Priority is solving the problem of know how of using an ERP system. As they have the ready made training materials with the application. Yes It has increased the business performance as the reports are real time.

Lack of firm best practices. The fact that you could practically do anything easily, allows heavy customizations

I think the best part is how you can be part of the evolvment of this ERP and learn from others. It is a felexible yet smart system. The competitors are not that flexable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface looks terrible. But there is a great improvement in the last few years.

Finance, Service and operations, w/h management, lab managment, preformence and much more. It makes the entire company be more productive. I have implemented it in several companies and it contributed to their success.

Take it - It works wonders.

Priority is fully customizable, down to every field

There aren't any downsides that also don't apply to all ERP (like dependency on the ERP).

We are quoting quicker, in higher quantities, and processing orders quicker, allowing us to win more work.

It is very easy to customize the user interface as well as the various functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most efficient / intuitive in some ways.

Reduction in paper use by using BPM function. Faster reporting to our customers.
