The Road to Test Automation Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
When we began our search for an automated testing tool, we had two main goals. We wanted to enable automated testing with minimal ramp-up time, and we wanted our manual QA testers to be able to automate tests without formal programming-language knowledge. Copado Robotic Testing allowed us to achieve both of our goals with only a slight learning curve.
The training and support have been great. Their team is topnotch and easy to work with - very helpful from the proof-of-value through implementation and continuing support.

What do you dislike about the product?
Timing of test runs can be finnicky. If the test runs too quickly, it will try to perform actions before the page is fully loaded and eventually fail. Ultimately, it can be a bit of a guessing game to determine where to place the "delays" in the code to prevent the timing issues.
Verifying PDFs can be a little tricky as well - both content and placement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Selenium to automate our tests, but this proved to be challenging for a few reasons. One is that we need someone who knows Selenium to write the code to automate the tests. Two, taking time to automate through Selenium can be tedious. Three, tests break easily with even small changes to applications and UIs. Copado Robotic Testing alleviated all of these challenges by allowing manual testers to create the instructions to automate with a short ramp-up time, and the logic within the tool prevents easy breakage through simple field movement within a screen. Even with a learning curve to achieve, this tool has saved us significant time to where we one day hope to automate our tests within or immediately following the sprint in which the tests were written.

Maybe the best thing is that it is a low-code tool, i.e. the user doesn't know how to code to build automation

Some of the functionalities may be difficult to grasp at first

Copado is enabling automated testing without the need to have a profound understanding of the more technical aspects of building automation
Scaling is easy with CRT!!

Referring test cases in various user stories is easy now.
Live testing is amazing and easy to write the UI test cases. It helps us with regression testing.
Reusability of the test suites saves time. We can scale the existing test suites and further add new modules.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tool is outside copado which could be tedious for developers to login to multiple systems. Integrated inside copado would be much better.

Confidence to release often with Copado Robotic Testing
What do you like best about the product?
Building new test automation is fast and no need to worry about environment or library maintenance. Really positive feedback from developers who now feel that they can trust that they don't break anything, and that has allowed us to start releasing much more often. As a consequence, when we have begun to trust test automation, problems in production have also been reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Also matter of the structure of test assets but in large environments getting the overall picture now requires opening multiple projects and this could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Testing by business people for accepting new releases took a lot of time and was frustrating for business people to test the same things week after week. Now business is happier and quality is better.

Easy platform to implement into pipelines, good backend statistics and our case supports multiple platforms with same tests

I like the product and I don't have any ideas of dislikes

Single test case supports multiple platforms also no need to purchase test phones
Copado Keywords and libraries are pretty easy to use but CRT Cloud service has needs for improving.
What do you like best about the product?
Copado Keywords and libraries. Cloud service provides for example Mobile farm and computer farm which makes it easy to start automatic testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configurations in cloud service is little bit of mystery and there is very little instructions available. Quality intelligence part is in its MVP phase. General customer service response time is long. All these needs are linked for more advanced Copado users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E2E testing is possible and pretty easy compared to other script languages. Regression testing needs is covered with copado, and business does not need to use all their time to testing.
CRT is a bliss

I like the simplicity of the product.
The Robot Framework & their pace words covers almost all the needs of the application.
The maintenance of the suite is made easy and is very clear at the first glance anybody sees it.

This question is hard. :) Not really, Hardly , I could think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved User Onboarding scenarios, Daily job checks, Regression suite using CRT.
The benefits are avoiding repeated mundane manual tasks, avoiding human errs & getting quicker results.

This is the best Low code / No code Automation tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The framework is easy to learn and implement and requires less coding effort than Selenium test case writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting part of test results has to be improved. There are no dashboard available to share with stakeholders to show progress on automated test scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Copado testing is helping the team to automate regression scenarios, which in turn will help to surface bugs promptly without any human intervention. Automation has helped the QA team to save 15-20% of manual efforts. This efforts saving will keep on growing with increased scope/automation scenarios.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this product to other customers for Test automation.
Easy to start using it
What do you like best about the product?
Existing keywords lib contains all that you need to start writing a test. The cloud platform allows you to orchestrate the test suites quickly without being necessary to write any integration code with other tools like BrowserStack, for example.
Allows you to write your own custom keywords as python library, integrates other third party libraries and not last, you will get the tech support you need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Qentinel Pace might be suitable for end-to-end testing for any software product, but if the scenarios you would like to implement are too complex or require to organise your code in multiple files (like Page Object Model) it may become difficult to use since, currenly the recomended approach is to write all tests in signle file.
Debugging might be a bit difficult if you are used to the debugger tools of a programming language.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we use Qenltinel Pace to run regression testing for iOS/Android mobile applications. Until at a point, it saves time for specific and repetitive flows in apps. It will enable you to keep running the same steps, again and again.
Simple and Powerful. There is nothing like this in the testing space.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works. It can handle the most complex js frameworks like Salesforce Lightning Experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience and the user interface can be improved.
