What do you like best about the product?
CRT supporting live testing which is very useful while automating new functionalities
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other tools apart from salesforce is bit tricky for me

Copado testing is helping manual tester to automate the scripts very easier
Keywords present in copado are helping me to script the code for my test cases in quite simple manner

What do you like best about the product?
CRT is useful to run the scripts in API and UI
It don't require high automation knowledge to start with

What do you dislike about the product?
UI seems to struck while running multiple times in live testing, but the issue is intermittent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have test cases which needs both API and UI at the same time for which we were using 2 different tool, with copado this issue was solved by merging both API and UI test cases in single script
Live testing feature is enabling the work easier by showing the issue in unlock window and rectifying it manually to proceed further.
with the help of live testing, able to run small peices of code directly which other tools usually don't have.
Recording option is helping even for manual tester to automate efficiently in a faster way.

Performance is UI is little low compared to other tools

In CRT it is so easy to declare variables and use them.Copado scripting is super easy with its libraries for salesfoce or for mobile application testing.Its recording and live testing feature is really a life saver for testers. CRT helps in efficient and repeatbale testing when it comes to regression testing. Copado seamlessly integrate with salesforce, supporting continous integration and deployment within salesforce enviornment.CRT generates helpful real-time detailed reports which help the tester understand the test result and identify issues quickly.It significantly reduce the manual testing effort and speeds up the testing activities.Its customer support responds very quickly whenever contacted for any help.Copado provides training and support services to assist the users in implementation process which ensures team can get up the speed quickly.After learning copado I have been frequently using this tool for my sprint testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike about this great tool but yes, the substantial costs associated with licensing and maintaing the tool, epecially for smaller organizations with limited budget it can be a little bit challenging.
