My great experience with Jira Service Desk

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about this Service Desk is about integration, we use it to automate service outages and keep records of failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was confusing and hard to use the first time, but after a while it was worth the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to document our customer's relationship, and to automatic send triggers when a customer's equipment or our own equipment failed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We installed and used the software on a modest machine, if you're thinking on using it, consider a good machine, as this is a Java based Software

As I am working as a QA. So, i used this software more then 3 years, to manage project from scratch to deliver. It's reallly Good Software

What do you like best about the product?
Task view screen, reports, Backlog management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing special which I don't like about Jira, it's a great tool and I will recommend it to anyone to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been working on a big project where 3-4 developers are working and 3-4 project managers are managing. And we have got our work very smoother by using Jira

Sure, it should be used among all I.T. companies

What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI/UX, Tasks & Bugs are easy to manage, Very simple and easy Workflow configuration, Easy to manage Agile Sprints

Very Expensive for a mid length team, Very slow to load sometimes, Takes a while to get used too

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is cool and hence easy to use.
The prices are affordable, your basic needs are available in good money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such.
Navigation can be enhanced if needed, for e.g there can be customize able option to add links on a page which can be useful for easy navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much helpful in tracking the status of the support case.
All required data can be attached to the case which can be re-used in future.

All the communication and the history related with a service request is at a centeralized location which helps in collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a best tool for managing your helpdesk, I cannot think of any thing which I dislike

It keeps track of the service request from our internal as well as external customers and mange the request seamlessly.

Jira Service desk is a one stop for all your helpdesk needs and the workflow is highly customizable

Jira is an excellent SAAS to manage any kind of projects. We use it mostly for system development and bug assignment. I wanted a solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried to integrate the Jira Service desk with Jira but Service Desk is quite complicated for most users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project mangagment and Service desk integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira Service Desk is a wonderful solution for Developers and Service Desk integration, but Service Desk is designed more for developers than typical not techie user.
