What do you like best about the product?
Jira is so powerful! You can always do anything and customise to your needs if you have grown the team to the size that fits these power features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit complex, too much and over-priced for small teams

What do you like best about the product?
The interface for JIRA - It makes to identify the status of the task so easy

It is doing best at what it is doing now.

We are building softwares and to do that we are planning sprints and creating stories in JIRA.
It makes it so easy to track the status of every story or task on the board.

It gets really expensive for a mindium size company to use the tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to customize to your needs. Works for large teams and small. Also appreciate the robust API and integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be clunky. First creating projects and custom workflows can take time. Could be easy ways to quickly view/reassign/and bulk update items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need way to respond to clients and quickly forward context to internal developers for work. Also solves needs of tracking SLAs

The best ticketing tool ever.

What do you like best about the product?
The way one can track work and link it with code changes, I really love the automatic integration of jira and confluence and when clubbed with hipchat these platforms are no longer like different things. They are just the same thing. It is really helpful in tracking the progress of any things some one needs to work on. I am using Jira every day to log the work I am doing and the fox enhancement stories of anything I work on and Jira is a great tool and very easy to do such things and apart from that one can track the work logs even up to accuracy of one minute so my manager now knows what exactly I am doing and really reduce time wasted in daily sync calls meetings and stuff like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much one can wish for in ticketing tool. How ever a better documentation and some better integration options would be great in case one need to sync jira with some other ticketing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is really helpful in tracking the code changes and the things where the team is putting efforts. Apart from the Jira have made the job of manager way too easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I would really like to say that one should consider jira as an option and specially if the firm is already using some other Atlassian product.they are just awesome together.

Out-of-the-box support with JIRA and Confluence

Ugly, unpleasant UI/UX and poor Korean localization

It helped a lot because we get tons of customer requests.
JIRA Support Desk makes things a lot easier by knowledgebase and ticket system connected flawlessly with JIRA.
