Jira is too complicated

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface for Jira but that is it. The sidebar and top navigations are nice and things are pretty clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where do I start that the thing is super complicated to use that everything is a locked down setting. It's not intuitive at all. I understand this tool is for software developers but other people in the org need to use it as well. Also some things you can delete easily and other things you can not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please make the out of the box application easy and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has been a great addition to our EHR go live to assist in tracking testing efforts. If used correctly , it really has quite a bit if functionality, from creating multiple different projects with different options, and offering many different ways to display data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to attach/link test scripts In Excel to the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving ways to efficiently track testing efforts for a major electronic record go live at a large healthcare organization.

Overly complex, it has way too many feature that your average customer service representative does not need or want

What do you like best about the product?
Since 1 year I was using JIRA, it's a good tool for raising issues and collating all the information and the status of the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
log time needs to be improve, it's better to log automatically and better to include more features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using daily Jira for daily tasks and issues to resolve.
