Product works, service is great
What do you like best about the product?
Fastest solution to market. Very thorough and took me a couple of days to fully integrate. If anything goes wrong, the team helps out quickly. Custom use cases/problems are addressed quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some new products didn't work as expected. Growing company. Support is very responsive though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple black box for users, integrating SSO as well as passwordless options. This has taken a week for each SSO provider in the past to set up.
Spend less time on auth, more time on your product
What do you like best about the product?
Stytch is so easy to use, we were up and running in a day using the Magic Link auth method, allow us to spend less time iterating on auth.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, Stytch has no support for RBAC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwordless authentication and Crypto wallet authentication improve our user experience, and drive direct product alignment.
Best auth solution
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to implement and use. We originally picked Stytch because our users really value passwordless login and it got us that extremely quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The docs are vague on things like service-to-service auth, expected latency, and best practices. That has however consistently been improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an auth solution that was easy to implement and supported passwordless logins. Stych accomplishes this no problem.
Fast to switch and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Stych's customer service is excellent. They really take the time to understand your business needs. It was fast to switch and we have found the auth to be more reliable. Love the constant innovation in offerings too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's both a bonus and a dislike - new offerings mean we keep revisiting auth!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't want to have to think about the complexities of global SMS and we appreciate the user-centric approach.

Such a useful product. What brought me to leave a review was how quickly they turned around a minor bug and followed up saying it had been squashed!

Nothing comes to mind. Will be curious to see what others say.

Authentication.
Super easy, plug and play auth!
What do you like best about the product?
With Stytch we don't have to deal with the headache that is authorization and login. Our devs are really happy with it. They're great people and are super responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like more personalization in the email communications with our users. Other than that, no complaints!

Fast authorization, no need to build it.
Up & Running in less than a day - amazing customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The Stytch platform is easy to use, their API documentation is best in class, and the provided sdk & libraries in your language make implementation even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really impossible to think of anything we dislike about Stytch. We compared Stytch to several other solutions, including doing it ourselves, and they came out on top without a doubt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way of authenticating users in our customer e-commerce checkout flow, our end customers are almost always on mobile and are used to SMS so the amount of password-less options Stytch provided out of the box was perfect for us. Mainly, the ability to add Stytch to our checkout flow in a frictionless way was key as we did not want to decrease the conversion rate of checkout.
