The product provides a single portal to manage logs, but it is unstable, and the plug-ins have bugs

What is most valuable?
It provides us with a single portal for our logs from different solutions.
What needs improvement?
We faced a lot of issues with the product’s stability. Sometimes we find bugs in the plug-ins. We experience some latency when we have a huge amount of data.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for six to eight months.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I rate the tool’s stability a five or six out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I rate the tool’s scalability a seven out of ten. When we add some users, the platform becomes unstable. In my organization, 20 people use the solution.
How are customer service and support?
The response time depends on the support person. The resolution of our issues depends upon the problem and the support person.

Great platform with good look
What do you like best about the product?
Swimlane allows us to create workflows for our operations, while making it easy to do so. In the past we've had to consider so many different elements when designing solutions; Swimlane wraps all these up in one package, making it simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more community around Swimlane, and more examples of widgets / plugins would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swimlane is helping to reduce the labor hours required to ingest and respond to security events from our customers. With everything we need in one area, it makes our productivity increase significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Swimlane lets you create a playbook easily and integrate with almost every integration, security appliance, cloud, security validations, communication, mail, etc. hundreds of technologies that you can get and send data to improve your playbooks. Integration is fast and easy to create, config, and use.
The web interface helps to understand all you need to create, maintain and reuse your application base to new playbooks or improve the existents with new features using a low-code approach.

What do you dislike about the product?
Could be complex to maintain the infrastructure if you use existing clusters with Kubernetes and some skills are needed but support helps to solve always on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Permite to automate incident response integrating to AD, user management, security appliances, and other technologies to prevent an incident escalate while the teams are notified and the tickets needed are created automatically with all information already attached to the ticket.
With Swimlane. response time is reduced and Analysts can be more productive in their roles.

The ability to be flexible while also allowing us to automate multiple internal tools and processes. This allows out teams to perform more technical functions and introduce new use-cases all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While not every tool may be built for Swimlane, their team seems to understand the needs of customers and will typically respond with solutions within a decent timeframe.

We have synchronized our processes and procedures by utilizing the orchestration and automation functionality to streamline data analysis and minimalize alert fatigue.
Increased Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The low code solution has allowed our team to develop the platform into what our team needs. We have been able to leverage automation to scale our business in a way that keeps our staffing down even while increasing the variety of services being offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI design could use some polishing to look less industrial. The overall look does tend to appear boxy and rigid. Outside of the UI, the platform is phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swimlane is solving the problem of repetitive tasks and actions that analysts would normally need to perform manually. It is also allowing us to leverage API calls with other tools to respond without having to provision access for each person on our team in the customer's environment and tools.

Swimlane is one of the best SOAR platforms in the market in terms of ease of use and the flexibility to integrate with many different solutions out there in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product is considerably new in the market, there are pretty limited resources online, and the community might not be as huge as other SOAR platforms. However, this can be improved with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Swimlane helps automate many processes in the organisation, reducing the decisions needed in our SOC team. It enables our SOC team to be more efficient as they can focus on other tasks which cannot be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate Threat Enrichment, Case Creation and Customer Escalation and remediation are Amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of the platform, sometime integrations fall a bit behind, but this is normally overcome by the Swimlane support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SIEM Alarm ingestion is the number one problem we as a SOC have, Swimlane does this amazingly.

Swimlane has a very clean interface and the customer success team is dedicated to ensureing we are deploying the best uses cases.

I can see Swimlane requiring a litte more effort than I originally expected.

We are beginning to tackle the low hanging fruit. This has begun to give cycles back to the team.

It's a no brainer.
It is a platform that is used in process flow diagram or flowcharts.
What do you like best about the product?
I like this platform best hence it is used in process flow diagrams,or flowcharts,that visually distinguishes job sharing and responsibilities for sub-processes of business process..swimlane may be arranged either horizontally or vertically.

This platform works well in well enabled network and Android devices that uses electricity.

I have been using this platform in my systems in order to organize activities into separate visual categories so as to illustrate different functional capabilities or responsibilities .
