Very responsive EOR Services Provider!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Having used multiple EOR partners, Playroll really stands out with their very short response times. Whenever you have question, they are very fast in replying. Kudos for that! The platform itself, like any, takes a bit of getting used to, but overall it's a very user friendly system. We were told an integration with our own HR software was possible, so we're very much looking forward to that. The platform has all the features you would need, it even allows for paying out in multiple currencies, so you do not have conversion costs.
Onboarding with Playroll took a bit of work, but most of it was expertly guided by the Playroll team.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a hassle to find the right and fitting solution for some more complex situations, like an employee living in one country, working for the legal entity in another country. But so far, Playroll has tried their best in also finding good solutions for these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Playroll allows us to hire talent on payroll almost globally, regardless of location.

What do you like best about the product?
Plaroll is fast, knowledgeable and very easy to use. I recommend this service to all our clients who need support and a solution for global payrolling while having no entities in the different countries. Very good customer service and follow up. Easy to approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike. they guide us very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients have more and more talents living across the global and can work remotely, therefore you need a global payroll solution. Also when there is no entity in a specific country but the business is there then employer of record is great to use.
Great UI

The UI is very easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
The double email login can sometimes be a pain

It has made the dashboard overview great to get a quick glance at what you really want to see
Very Responsive Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
Playroll is an realiable remote payroll service that has made onboarding and account management very simple. The user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to navigate, and the customer support team is always ready to assist, making my experience very good so far (I have been with them for 1 year). Highly recommend this stellar service! 5/5 stars.

Nothing to note, no adjustments that I can think of

I'm employed remotely and Playroll has helped me and my company getting setup to work away from the office, in a different country.

The ability to have a partner that can facilitate services that are vital to our business development is massive, on top of the excellent service they provide they are also extremely friendly people to work with.

The cost difference in certain locations can feel limiting at times.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not something I dislike, but something that will help us, as employer, be even more efficient and offer our people a seamless experience: proper integration with HR systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us scale internationally and employ in countries we don't have legal entities in. They offer us the guarantee of compliance and contracts' legality, without the need of own payroll or legal counselling in each country.

What do you like best about the product?
Playroll team members are always quick to support whenever an issue arises. Their tool is also qute user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside really. Just that sometimes there seems to be a iscommunication between the accounting and commections department.

I haven't found anything yet. So far the engagement has been a positive one.

We have an employee who lives in Ireland, Playroll has enabled us to be able to employ her and keep her close to her family. With remore working being what it is, this helps enormously.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best employer to work with. the transition from the old company is quite smooth and the HR representatives were quite friendly.

Nothing really to dislike. its all really good in Playroll.

I am getting my salary on time and it does provide ABN to me which is really useful while trading here in Australia
Playroll makes logging leave, retrieving payslips and punching in company claims so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the system as we are currently using it as our CRM database. We log our leave, company expense claims and retrieve payslips from the system. It is very user friendly and f you have any issues it is a simple call away or email away to get guidance on your request.
I use the system at least twice a month, if not more with pleasure.

I am yet to exeperience any downfalls or issues with the system to date.
