What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for SMS gateway and i have tested many but experience with Cequens was amazing. I had many pre-sales questions and i literally sent a zoom link to Cequens support, someone joined from their sales and support team and guided me through the whole process, even gave me discounted price to send SMS locally. They were also very fast on getting my sender-id registered with local carriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have been sending lots of email about "Cequens Coverage Update Notification" which i don't like. These are not my business areas so i don't need to know whether they have coverage there or not.

I have a reservation app and i integrated cequens to send notifications to customers about their reservations.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Cequens is the reliability and stability of their SMS service. Messages are delivered promptly and consistently, which is critical for our communication workflows. The platform is also user-friendly, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed

Additionally, the inability to recharge the account using a credit card limits flexibility and adds inconvenience to the payment process.

Cequens offers an impressive range of communication features with seamless integration capabilities, making it our go-to platform for virtually all outreach communications ( Mainly SMS ) with consistently reliable performance and responsive support

While the platform functionality is excellent, the documentation could be significantly enhanced with more detailed examples and clearer implementation guides to reduce onboarding time for new team members.

Whenever we receive complains from Banks regarding the OTP SMS are not received then we raise our concern with Cequens.
