Quick Support, But Financial Operations Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the support team at Cequens. They stand out for their responsiveness, and I value how quickly they reply to tickets. This level of service ensures that any issues I encounter are addressed promptly, which is crucial for maintaining smooth operations. Additionally, the initial setup of Cequens was easy, which was a pleasant experience and streamlined the process of getting started with their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated with the performance of the accounting and finance team. They are unresponsive to emails even after multiple follow-ups, which is highly inefficient and unprofessional. Additionally, there is a lack of clear planning for payments, resulting in invoices being paid very late. This creates unnecessary delays and adds a layer of uncertainty to financial operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cequens for reliable SMS delivery to Kuwait, and their support team responds to tickets quickly, enhancing our communication efficiency.

Mixed Experience: Power Features but Tough Transition

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Cequens for enabling us to have multiple agents, which allows us to distribute the workload efficiently. I particularly enjoy the Campaign Manager feature, which facilitates sending thousands of template messages to customers. This feature has significantly increased our website conversions. Additionally, the initial setup of Cequens was not bad, making it relatively easy to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when copying and pasting from Excel into the Cequens chat window, it doesn't paste as a picture along with the text. This functionality should be enhanced to improve ease of use. Additionally, I moved away from Cequens to respond.io as it's easier to use, suggesting that Cequens has some usability challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cequens to distribute workload among multiple agents and send thousands of template messages, which boosts our website conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
The service is very good, and the support team is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, sending SMS messages can be slower than usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They offered a feature called omni channel, which would route SMS messages to WhatsApp if SMS was disabled.
