Great tool for keeping projects on track
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when a project is going to go over budget so that I can cut scope if necessary
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve with it. Also its hard to explain the algorithm being used to calculate hours spent to our developers. They have very little faith in it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Product Manager it's giving me visibility on time spent on different tickets by developers
Easy to use; see work progress per individual/team; generate reports for use by Accounting and R&D.
What do you like best about the product?
Timely response from Support for quality feedback on how to resolve/unblock our issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search or data retrieval is a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The DevFinOps report generated by Jellfish eliminates the need for us to gather the necessary information that greatly facilitates our capitalization process.
Very useful for at-a-glance statistics
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to sss the breakdown of my team's statistics - cycle time, unlinked PRs, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
PRs can only be linked if the JIRA ticket is in the title or body. I'd like to be able to link PRs after the fact at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into how teams are working and cost allocation
Easy way to view metrics and measure my performance as an engineer

At our company we set goals for performance reviews and I am able to leverage Jellyfish metrics to have concrete data and show to my managers the how I am contributing to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficult to get to the page that I want, but I think it's just because there is so much you can see within Jellyfish.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jellyfish’s clear visibility into engineering performance and project alignment with business goals is incredibly beneficial. It allows teams to make data-driven decisions and stay on track with their objectives. The platform might have a learning curve for new users, which could slow down initial adoption.

Jellyfish adds the metrics Jira is missing
What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish gives me visibility into the metrics that matter for my team. These are things that I've laways longed for in Jira, but never found a good way to visualize. Planning and tracking have become much better for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're not leveraging all of the capabilities yet. I guess I wish it was easier for me to discover addiitonal features/capabilities and get them setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jellyfish gives me much better visibility into my team's health/performance/efficiency.
Great visibility for Management and Developers alike
What do you like best about the product?
We've recently been working to integrate the DevFinOps functionality to our workflows to simplify reporting into our Finance team and improve traceability across the org.
Once again the team at Jellyfish has been fantastic with their engagement and helping us understand the tool as well as how we can get the best from our data.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a full integration with Office 365 - specifically for Outlook/Calendars. Another very minor change that would be good would be to allow the update times to be set as a time of day, rather than a time zone, or at least make it easier to see exactly when our data will update in local time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key improvement for me is in identifying bottlenecks and communicating with the wider business & management team.
Jellyfish has identified significant process gaps or blockers and makes communicating these blockers much easier than before - the data is clearly structured and tells the story in an easily consumed manner which helps with finding and implementing process fixes.
We're putting together metrics packs to show development workload & performance in a much clearer manner than before and with much less investment in time as well. This leaves me with more time to act as a SME and architect than before which is beneficial both for me as an individual but also for my development team as it reduces their workload.
