What do you dislike about the product?
limited integration facility when it come to adding other applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jellyfish helps users organize and prioritize tasks, which can reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed by a long to-do list. It provides a structured approach to managing daily activities and long-term goals.
Great for productivity, investment validation, capitalization
What do you like best about the product?
It's been very helpful in helping us understand how much work is new investment vs maintenance, as well as what percentage of our development is capitalizable. It's really helping us continue to raise the bar with our process and practices

What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish has made it extremely convenient to review metrics of each individual contrubutor as well as a team as a whole. Being able to pick any individual and see how they compare to others at their level or the organization as a whole makes it really easy to identify opportunities for improvement in an objective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having migrated recently not all pull requests are associated with an issue which leaves git hygene a bit wanting. Having to manually link each PR with an issue and then wait 24 hours for a sync (or manually trigger one) is a minor issue but one that takes time to resolve. If there were a way to manually link them within Jellyfish that would be the ideal situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jellyfish gives better insights to time management and productivity that was not accuratly captured before. With the ability to track more accurate engineering time to an issue rather than just sprint point estimates, we are able to assess and validate actual time allocation to projects and maintenance.
Great insights for all levels of an organization
What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish has been an amazing addition to our organization's ability to understand development efforts from the IC level all the way up to the Executive Team. Implementation and integration with was pretty straight forward once we understood what we wanted to measure. The team at Jellyfish is great to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure we're getting the most out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
As features mature, sometimes access to them through the UI changes which can be a little disruptive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend lots of time pulling data out of Jira and running analytics because Jira as a tool is actually not very good at providing insights to the data it captures. Jellyfish has allowed me to reclaim that time and still get all the metrics I need without consuming any of my time.
Great Platform for Engineering Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI, plenty of data and analytics due to a great integration with Jira, to help make important decisions. Abundance of learning resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve for first time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me understand how my team is meeting their commitments, and intuitively helps find areas where blockages to value devliery may occur. I'm able to analyze metrics for my team and make more educated, data-backed decisions to deliver the highest quality for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
the jellyfish UI is very easy to use and navigate. they have a very wide range of metrics on offer and several different perspective you can view from i.e. team, individual, departments etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple metrics which could be improved i.e. PR Reviews and PR Cycle time slightly more configurability with these metrics would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize Jellyfish to gauge my team's performance in relation to Jira stories. I monitor my team's throughput on a sprint-by-sprint basis. Jellyfish provides me with precise sprint-wise data by keeping track of the completed number of Jira stories, enabling me to assess the balance between committed work and ad-hoc work delivered by each team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the way Jellyfish reports on DORA metrics. The data is not real-time and there's a 24-hour lag, which makes it really challenging to report on live DORA metrics. It's a lot of work to delete all the draft MRs, which affects the actual CLT calculation. Manually deleting the records from the log adds to the difficulty, and it takes another 24 hours to update the data. It would be really beneficial for Jellyfish to make DORA reporting real-time so that it can stand out as a leader in its domain.

Helpful insights to promote a Reflect Learn and Improve culture within a Product Delivery team
What do you like best about the product?
Jellyfish provides timely metric information and the ability to customise the data that is being displayed to give our Product Delivery team the insights they need to improve the way in which we work. The comparison feature between our team and other teams within our company also helps us understand where we are at in reference to others in the company. Would definately recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to able to customise views based on when our sprints start and finish, but we can work around that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jellyfish shows the complex breakdown of the time spent in each category of work that we have set up. This helps the team optimise this so we know we are spending the appropriate amount of time in each Product Delivery category.
Best visibility I've ever seen
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to visualize what your team is doing. Tracking project delivery and projecting our goals is amazing, it's great to back data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some calculations that are a bit off and aren't customizable enough to our organization. It's continuing to improve in this regard.
